My wife and I recently instructed Survey Spain to carry out a snagging inspection on a property that we're purchasing in Spain. From our initial contact we found them to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at getting back to us.Once we arranged for them to go and visit the property, we were pleased to receive a full and very detailed report extremely quickly offering advice and pointing out any defects. This was incredibly helpful as we aren't able to travel out to view the property ourselves and they picked up on things that we wouldn't have seen or known about had we done it ourselves.They really helped to take the stress out of buying a property overseas and we were so happy with the service that we received, we can't recommend them enough!

From the initial enquiry (to which they responded promptly, which cannot be said for other people I sent enquiries to) to the final report, the service was impeccable. They also promptly returned a payment I made to them in error. Both the interim and the final report were in plain English and provided clear advice. We decided against buying what would have turned out to be a money pit but next time we'll be going straight back to Survey Spain.

Survey Spain were recommended to us by a friend who had recently used them. When we contacted Survey Spain we had a tight deadline and a long list of specific questions for the surveyor. They met the deadline and provided a full and comprehensive survey report; it was really detailed and covered all our questions and had possible solutions to the issues raised. As an english speaker I was very happy to be dealing with a company in my mother tongue and also glad for the level of customer service and turnaround which isn't always possible locally. I would happily recommend this company.
