I connected with John to help me navigate the process of buying land in Spain.As a UK national, usually resident in Asia, I have spent this 'Covid-limited' year looking for suitable land in the Guadalest Valley, Val de Laguar, and Val de Ebo. I've seen a lot of parcels of land, and have learned some of the potential pitfalls.When I first contacted John I wanted someone to enable the process, and put me at ease throughout the purchase. He was very upfront about what he could do, and the challenges that might come up during a land purchase. He helped with Spanish-English-Spanish translation, cultural nuances, and guided me through the entire process to ensure everything was in order.Initially, John undertook a review of the land parcel I was looking into - at no cost. I then hired his services and he then visited the land (in the Guadalest Valley) with his recommended architect, and undertook a full review of its potential, and all legal and legislative issues; providing me with a very detailed survey, and plans to go forward, with or without further input from him.Having been provided with a very good understanding of the next steps to building, and developing the land, which I have now purchased, I will definitely engage John's services over the coming years as I build my dream home.I can absolutely recommend John and his team as consummate professionals, with whom you can have every confidence. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone better!

Indeed, blending the architectural services with quantity surveying should be how everybody works and its precisely what we needed to compare the cost of a new build with an existing property, in order that we could plan.
