To summarise our experience with Glynis in a short review is almost impossible. She is quite simply amazing. Over the 3 years in which we were planning our wedding, including 2 postponements due to COVID, she held our hands every step of the way. She went above and beyond in communicating with us about what was going on in Majorca and reassuring us at quite frankly very uncertain times. She made the effort to really get to know us and tailor made the most beautiful ceremony based on us as a couple. It was so personal and a ceremony we will never forget! There was laughter, tears, smiles and a whole lot of love. Glynis has a truly infectious personality, making her an excellent celebrant and we would go as far to say a friend for life. GLYNIS WAS AMAZING! We felt she really made our ceremony extra special and very personal, we highly recommend. She is very thorough, with her questionnaire, which in itself was fun to fill. Easy to contact, has loads of great suggestions and ideas but also listened to us to make the ceremony perfect for us. All of our guests agreed that we had done a good job in finding Glynis. Glynis also helped us find a photographer and had tons of knowledge and helped with stuff outside of just the ceremony, she went the extra mile. Glynis is one of the most wonderful people we have ever met. From day 1 she made us feel at ease and in safe hands - this was the theme for all our interactions. Glynis created the most wonderful ceremony for my husband and I, one we will never forget and one our guests will never forget. What can we say? We had the most magical of days, in no small part because of Glynis’s ceremony. We knew from the beginning that we both knew we wanted a humanist ceremony and that the ceremony was the most important thing to us.We wanted something that represented us, how we feel about each other, and what we wanted to say in front of our friends and family.Glynis really made our day incredibly special, and the fact that she allowed us to stay positive throughout the pandemic and all our postponements meant a lot to us and will continue to mean a lot to us.Glynis brings so much joy to all those people that she is Celebrant for, but not just them also for their friends and family who really get to understand a bit more about her couple’s relationships and love.Glynis was a huge part of our day, she made the ceremony so memorable, everyone was in tears of joy and I would always want her to know how grateful we are for such a beautiful ceremony.Glynis is a wonder.

We were really lucky to have Glynis part of our wedding. She made us into an adorable love story, so we could cry and laugh. Her talk was really beautiful and sincere. And she has such a bright, honest and really friendly personality, so she is very easy to communicate with. Huge thanks, lovely Glynis!

A year ago, I started containing multiple Celebrants on the Island of Majorca, after receiving multiple automated replies with terms, conditions and potential costs I was fortunate enough to come across Glynis. Opposed to all the others I had contacted, Glynis emailed me back confirming she was currently available for our intended wedding date, she said that if I would like to proceed, we could have a video call to discuss the requirements in more detail. I agreed and we had a great call where Glynis made me feel as if I was talking to a long-lost friend and before I knew it, she had heard mine and my fiancée's whole story. (I say whole story as we have been together for over 20 years before I was able to give her the wedding day she deserved). After our call Glynis didn't require an upfront deposit and so we began our journey with Glynis. We found a possible venue in Alcudia and Glynis offered out of her own time (and without any further charges to our given cost) to go and view the possible venue and make a video for us. (This in addition to finding a genuine person from our initial call, speaks volume into not only how professional Glynis is but also how much faith she has in people). In April of 2022 we went to Majorca to view another venue location and again Glynis arranged to meet me and my fiancée in person (Again without any additional charge to do so). After some hugs and stories exchanged, me and my fiancée believed this 2nd location was perfect and confirmed this with Glynis. In September we came back (before our wedding guest) to our venue hotel to bring decorations and confirm everything was in order (as there had been a change of event organizer and things was starting to become uncomfortable) before we went to the Zafiro Bahia where would join up for a few days with our wedding guest before return to our wedding venue hotel. After joining up with our wedding guests I was constantly bombarded by the event organizer with questions that had been addressed on multiple occasions beforehand. Then the unthinkable happened after planning and saving for our dream wedding for over 4 years, the wedding hotel cancelled our date saying there was a double booking (basically because our wedding was for only 13 guests, they were cancelling ours), this happened 36 hours before our big day. As anyone can imagine this was unbelievable and my fiancée was completely crushed. In a sequence of what I can only call true acts of human kindness, the Zifaro Bahia agreed to allow us to hold our ceremony. Glynis without hesitation came to the Hotel Bahia, worked with us to rebuild our wedding and then came the big day. Glynis arrived early and organized and calmed me down as I waited to see my bride, then came her service (A service in which we were expecting a few words and then the vows). This was not only a service but a true moment in time. She began by engaging our guest to become part of our future journey and then gave a story of how our story had arrived. Glynis created an environment where there was nothing in the world apart from myself, my fiancée and our guests. After this it came to our vows and as we are not traditional and nor had we created our own vows, Glynis readout a list of vows that were full of love, commitment, support and the hope of a beautiful future journey. To say thank you to Glynis is by no means enough, she is a fantastic professional, a beautiful person and nothing less than most of us could aspire to be to one another. Glynis, we not only consider ourselves blessed by meeting you and see you more than a true professional but the truest type of friend we could ever have.
