Lee designed and installed a new septic tank and grey water collection system for us. We were really impressed from start to finish. We received a quote and installation date in no time at all. The team were great - punctual, knowledgeable, tidy and very helpful including resolving other issues totally unconnected to the work for which we were extremely grateful. Lee kept in touch with us throughout the project and also gave us advice on future works. A really great and stress free job and we’d have no hesitation at all in recommending Lee and his team.

LT Construction have carried out two projects for me. The first to knock through a kitchen to make a modern, open plan lounge diner at an apartment in Alhaurin Golf. LTC finished the job in budget and ahead of schedule. The team even managed to keep my tricky" neighbours happy. Not easy with pneumatic drills early in the morning in an apartment block.The second was a much bigger project

We hired Lee and his team to build a new bathroom on the first floor of our house, and to renovate our old bathroom on the ground floor. We also had new windows installed. Lee had the vision we needed to plan the new bathroom using the space available and kept us informed every step of the way. Lee’s price was reasonable and his team worked hard, cleanly and were very pleasant and finished the work on time and on budget.We are delighted with the results of the project and would highly recommend Lee and the team to others

I contacted Lee for advice and guidance for work related to electric gates and a water depósito for our villa. After speaking with Lee and the advice he gave we decided to have other pieces of work completed as well. All work was carried out efficiently, with nothing being a problem and the honesty from Lee when discussing items of work was clearly evident. We are very pleased and confident in the level work completed and will look to use LT Construction again in any future work on our villa.

Lee is a great giyy who offered to look at the house I wanted to buy near La Viñulea lake. I wanted to buy it but he adviced me not to or break it down and build a new one. The construction was not OK because of the land moving underneath the house. I recommand him for his honesty. No work to reform this house but honest advice.....

Lee and his team have done a fantastic job in completely renovating our bathroom and transforming it into all we had hoped for with a full refit. Due to travel restrictions during COVID Lee was extremely helpful in sourcing the bathroom kit and doing all he could to bring the project to a successful conclusion. His team have also installed an air conditioning unit & improved lighting in the bedroom which has made a massive difference.
