I bought earrings and a ring and my friends also bought a ring. Both rings broke the night we bought them and the earrings snapped whilst trying to put them on. The service was rude and uncaring.

Incredibly rude staff. Visited this shop to buy some gifts and the shop worker looked down their nose at my well behaved kids looking at bracelets. She even muttered to another customer about us. We had 4 items in our hand ready to purchase.Considering this shop only exists thanks to tourists her attitude was inexcusable.I urge anyone in Old town Pollensa to avoid.

Attention si vous rentrez dans ce magasin il faut acheter sinon la vendeuse vous claque la porte en partant ... pas du tout commerçante à éviter !

EL mejor lugar de la isla para comprar un regalo bonito a precio razonable y deleitarse con el buen gusto de sus dueñas. La buena vibra se respira, me encanta!! un must, en el paraiso mallorquín =)
