I sent a message asking if they could take a parcel in for us. The lady who answered went above and beyond and worked around us to help.Everything was sorted so quickly and we even got a courtesy message when the parcel arrived. These people working here are incredible, the service and the value you get when you rent a postbox for 10 Euro is so worth it. They manually contact you when you receive a parcel, they help with other administrative tasks too, fax, copy, contact, documents, scanning and they never charge any extra. Always with a smile too...

Does printing, PO boxes, photos and drop off point for courier delivery and sending post to the UK. Very pleasant people here and most helpful with lots off other stuff.

In September we tried with the help of The Office to get our NIE Numbers whilst we were in Spain. They printed all the required paperwork. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a time slot whilst we were there, so instead we did it via the Spanish Consulate in the UK. We used the paperwork that The Office had provided us and I am pleased to say it was accepted and we now have our NIE Number. Thank you very much for a fantastic service.
