I first came across Granada Houses almost 12 months ago when starting my search for a property to buy in Spain. The first impression from the initial email contact through to when I met both Miguel and Sam in person was one of total integrity; honesty and trust; all very important when buying a property in a different country. Their knowledge of the local market, area and the ins and outs of buying a property in the Granada area was excellent; They were honest about the properties that I wanted to look at, they created a list of ideal properties based on my requirements and not just based on a form filled out online, they took time to speak to me and find out exactly what I was looking for and most of all, they questioned some of my strange ideas( ones I thought at the time were perfectly reasonable !!) but turned out to be totally impractical when buying a Spanish Property. That's where the honesty came in, they didn't try to sell me something that I might later regret. Fast Forward 12 months, the perfect property is now mine thanks to the super professionalism of Granada Houses, Miguel and Sam. Now they have the task of Project Managing the house renovations that I wish to do, they have introduced me to a most reputable Lawyer, builder, kitchen designer, architect and so on and all local, so their knowledge too is highly valued. There are a lot of agencies offering their services in Andalucía, quite a few I spoke to initially, but I doubt very few could match the service standards offered by Granada Houses, if I had 100 friends looking to buy a house in Spain, I would not even hesitate to recommend their services , without a doubt they have made the purchasing of the property the easiest transaction I could ever have hoped and wished for.. I'm looking forward to their project management process which I am sure will be equally as professional as the purchase.
