Mediocre installation, customer service and after-sales service terrible if not inexistent. Two months waiting for the repair of an air conditioner (under warranty) and it still not fixed. Of course a lot of work with new installations that allow to charge ... but if there is no seriousness in after sales also customers are lost ....Mittelmäßige Installation, Kundenservice und After-Sales-Service schrecklich, wenn nicht gar nicht vorhanden. Zwei Monate warten auf die Reparatur einer Klimaanlage (unter Garantie) und noch immer nicht behoben. Natürlich eine Menge Arbeit mit neuen Installationen, die es erlauben, zu laden ... aber wenn es keinen Ernst im After-Sales gibt, sind auch Kunden verloren ....Instalación mediocre, atención al cliente y servicio postventa pésimo por no decir inexistente. Dós meses esperando la reparación de un aire acondicionado (bajo garantía) y todavia no está arreglado. Claro mucho trabajo con instalaciones nuevas que permiten cobrar...pero si no hay seriedad en postventa también se pierden clientes....Instalation médiocre, SAV catastrophique pour ne pas dire inexistent. Deux mois à attendre la réparation d'une climatisation (installée par eux il y a 6 mois donc sous garantie) et ce n'est toujours pas réparé. Biensûr le prétexte : beaucoup de travail...qui permet d'encaisser...mais sans SAV sérieux on perd aussi des clients...
