I can't say enough positive words about this experience. The transformation of my bathroom and bedroom is stunning.I hit it off with Andy on our first meeting. My bathroom was old-fashioned, dark and without any external light. His talent, advice, professionalism and brilliant solutions were valuable. After the renovations it is a showplace! I gave him the keys of my apartment and left the country. Andy and his team at ProMas created 2 amazing bright shower rooms from 1 old bathroom. He kept me informed of unforeseen challenges to which he miraculously found solutions and regularly sent me photos.The wooden floor in my bedroom is such a change.A couple of weeks later I returned to Marbella. The work was done on time, on budget and all debris was carefullly removed.I want to thank Andy and his team for doing a super job and would highly recommend them.Maria

We had the pleasure of using Promas Construction to totally remodel our 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment in Reserva Alcuzcuz. We found Andy Promas and his team to be excellent and responsive. We set them a tight timetable for the work it was vitally important to us that they delivered, both on time and on budget. They passed this fundamental test with flying colours We were always kept informed of progress via a weekly video which was very reassuring. Andy really cares about his clients and his reputation. He deserves to be highly respected amongst his peers! The end result is excellent and much envied by friends and neighbours.

We were very hesitant after purchasing our house in Marbessa Spain, and went to multiple building companies to get quotes for the villa restoration. My husband being in the demolition and building game himself had high standards as to what we expected to be delivered as a final product.Well there are no words, absolutely none as to how phenomenal ProMas Building were with not only managing but beating our expectations! Andy and the team were direct with us as to was and wasn’t achievable as we didn’t want to demolish the house but they came up with such inventive ways to keep the character of our Andalusian villa intact whilst bringing it in to the modern day. They thought ahead for us of what it is like to experience the different seasons of Spain, really living there and what we might require with the weather changes and our changing family with little children to older relatives coming to visit.Mohammed and Nona were so welcoming with my ideas and even when I felt lost in how I wanted a room or where I was going with it, they just seemed to know how to make it work. Not even just work they brain stormed, gave me option upon option of what was needed and took all the stress away.They always delivered on time (realistically on two occasions they didn’t but that was due to a manufacturing problem and a delivery driver shortage) but this fortunately didn’t hold anything up and the team were keen to carry on working on other elements of the project so no time was waisted.Cost wise my husband dealt with all the financing but I do know I never heard any complaints from him and he mentioned multiple times that he could see where the money had been spent.ProMas as a team are people who we have whole heartedly trusted with our family home and for their finished results, support, trust and kindness that they have given us we cannot recommend them enough! As an investor in real estate I had chosen Promas as the main contractor for a big renovation project of a Villa in Elviria and I am very happy to have made that decision. Andy and his team are really professionals. You can clearly see that Andy is fully involved in the project, has loads of experience and passing by almost every day to make sure all is going according to plan. Aside that, which I think within construction is unique, he never told me no or that’s not possible or no we can’t change the plans. Instead each time I requested a change of plans we easily found solutions to make it happen. So Promas thinks in your benefit, not in theirs. Finally and probably most important is that Promas finish the project completely, instead of running to the next project and leaving with some loose ends.
