I have been doing yoga and many other practices with Sonja now for a few years, and more regularly for the last two years. I have grown so much, spiritually and energetically, in that time and she has been the biggest single influence in that development. No doubt she is magical, but also has a very broad knowledge of yoga, the human body and a myriad of other interesting subjects. She has a knack of knowing just what you need. You should really find out for yourself what she can do for you :-)

Sonja's approach to yoga and life bring me a deep sense of peace and clarity. Her sunrise yoga is the perfect way to start the day and her two day retreat (including homework!) gave me tools to continue meditating and doing yoga that I still incorporate into everyday life. Working with her has unquestionably changed me for the better - and working with her beautiful dog Yoshi even more so!

To be honest, I've never been a great fan of yoga. But I really enjoyed my session with Sonja immensely. Especially the breathing excecises to relax but also the calming and friendly atmosphere she creates coupled with the view (see below). I can highly recommend for everybody who is into yoga - and even if you are a sceptic - to give Sonja's Yoga Session a try!!!

The sunrise yoga session with Sonja is magical in every way. Sonja is a very emphatic, skillful, down to earth and fun teacher who has the gift to have a deep understanding and connection with her students. Each session is individually adjusted to the personal needs and it will definately leave a deep impact on you. Her holistic approach and profound knowlege makes her a very powerful teacher. I am so very happy to have met her and to have the possibility to join her wonderful classes! ❤
