Very rude staff, main dish took hours to arrive even though we were told by the maitre not to order tasting menu because it would slow the process. When asking where is the main dish the only answer he could come up with is “in the kitchen”. Would not recommend even if you are staying in the hotel (like we were). Ambiance is too calm as well, you can hear a pin drop.

Beautiful setting in the old courtyard of the castle, the staff couldn't have been more attentive and the food was to die for. Absolutely worth it and we will definitely repeat.

I had an incredible dining experience at Sa Clastra, the restaurant located within the 5-star Castell Son Claret. This hidden gem is nestled 20 minutes inland from the coast or a quick 30-minute car ride from Palma. With its well-deserved Michelin star, it's evident that another one is on the horizon.When the weather permits, dining in the inner courtyard of the hotel is nothing short of romantic, offering breathtaking views of the star-lit sky. I had the pleasure of trying the degustation menu, and it truly exceeded expectations. Each dish showcased fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, making for a memorable culinary journey.The wine list at Sa Clastra is nothing short of impressive, offering a wide selection to complement every palate. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff's attention to detail and genuine passion for hospitality elevated the entire experience.If I could, I would gladly give this restaurant 6 stars. Sa Clastra is a true culinary gem that should not be missed.

La comida deliciosa, el precio está muy acorde al lugar, una experiencia en el servicio fabulosa, sorprendente, muy atentos, cordiales, las instalaciones son preciosas, lo tiene todo muy bien preparado, desde tu llegada hasta el último momento en el que estás.Es una de las pocas cosas y lugares que diría, que todas las personas deben experimentar, disfrutar y dejarse llevar por la experiencia gastronómica ofrecida.Si pudiera les daria 6 estrellas!.

Excelente en todos los sentidos, la experiencia ha superado con creces las expectativas.Gran menú degustación, eclosión de sabores y un deleite al paladar. La atención del maître Philip y del sumiller Sebastián inmejorable, sin olvidarse de José, camarero muy atento y encantador.Sin duda repetiremos, faltan estrellas para puntuar.
