One Stop Repair Shop

A fuir! Désagréable et incompétent ! N'ayant pas compris le problème de carte sim que l'opérateur devait changer, il m'a demandé de sortir sans remettre mes cartes sim dans le téléphone. Jamais vu un personnage aussi désagréable ! Une étoile est encore de trop vu le non service rendu.

I had a bad customer experience today at this shop, Dave had done a good repair on my IPhone about 2 weeks ago and had suggested I buy a new cover for my phone for it’s future protection.After just under two weeks wear and tear the cover gave way this morning so I returned to see Dave with my phone and cover . He said I had obviously broken the cover and did not look after my phone well enough.I showed him that the other corners were cracking as well.I explained that it is either on the cabinet at home or in my handbag in its own pocket against my body and does not get banged about !!Well you have broken it !! You must of banged it about !!No way I look after my phone very carefully,With that he turned nasty and said what do I expect him to do about it ?Change it as it is not made for the purpose or general use!! I saidRubbish he sells thousands of these with no problems he said!!!So after much discussion he gave me my money back and removed the broken cover and screen cover .He was not at all pleasant!I was going to buy a tv system off him as well !!!not nowSharon SmithMoraira

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. Sadly I had a very bad experience with this shop. The woman tries to be friendly and helpful but the boss is really unfriendly and aggressiv. Needed to call the police to get to talk to him without being shouted at.

Fantastic, kind & caring, excellent service, brought my dead phone back tolife and did't loose a thing,and didn't make me feel a fool.

Turned up today at opening time not open. Left 30 minutes later still no sign of life. Website and sign on door totally misleading.

My wife went to this shop yesterday to get help with her mobile phone. The owner was rude, offensive and very unprofessional. He told us that the phone had been tampered with, which it hadn't. And said it had been treated roughly or dropped, which it hadn't. He didn't help my wife, at all. We took it for repair, not for a summary of the phones life. As my wife said. They are a joke outfit...."

Highly recommend this service. I had a bad experience with a repair from another phone service locally here in Spain but this gentleman knew exactly what was wrong and did an excellent job fixing my phone. Very grateful. :)
