Using a local solicitor was key to me when selling my Spanish property whilst in the UK. Finding a suitable one though was the hard part. The one I was recommended by the agent was awful. I dismissed them pretty quickly, did my own research and came across MT Solicitors. They were brilliant, a breath of fresh air and gave me all the confidence I needed to be happy using them for this transaction. They are also very reasonably priced too.Special thanks must go to Sara Jimenez for her patience and hard work as this was not an easy transaction in Covid, especially where my 'cash buyers' needed a mortgage (and then couldn't get one!!) after signing all the forms. This firm and the efforts of Sara, got this through where many would struggle. Highly recommended.
