Energizing one-day retreatI participated in a one-day retreat where we experienced different ways of letting negative feelings/energy go and replace them with joy and pure happiness.The session took place in a house with a lovely garden at the foot of Mont-go.Teresa is a lovely and very friendly person who I immediately liked.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für eine Morgenmeditation.Ich wurde freundlichst begrüßt und fühlte mich sehr wohl mit Teresa. Wir waren zu dritt.Sie bietet die Meditation nur im kleinen Kreis an.Bin noch nach Tagen tiefenentspannt. Anschließend tauschten wir unsere Erfahrungen mit einer sehr leckeren Bowl, frischen Früchten und Chia aus.Es war ein unvergesslicher Vormittag.Sehr empfehlenswert!!!Danke Teresa.❤️

I loved my experience with Teresa at the Samar Garden in Denia. The space and gardens are beautiful and tranquil. The perfect place to be at peace and meditate. I received the Celestial Alignment from her and it was encouraging and affirming. It truly lended such wonderful energy and clarity to my purpose. I highly recommend the experience for others who are wanting and ready to receive their desires.
