I should have known this class earlier! Outdoor yoga at the beach was totally different from the one inside the building. I could feel the great energy from the great nature during the class, which was very special and amazing. I literally felt the time flied. I loved Manu's positive attitude and authentic passion to the class. Also he has the principles of our body and its energy flow. He was one of the best yoga teachers I've ever met in my life. Good energy attracts good people! I think it is not a coincident to meet really nice people in his class. Next time when I stay in Marbella, I will take his class for my full stay. Strongly recommended.

Discovering Manu’s sessions by the beach really ignited my spark and love for yoga again. He holds great space for practitioners at all levels, he was supportive and welcoming with us. He showed my partner a whole new of being through yoga, mindfulness and breath work.

Manu is an exceptional teacher who guided us through a peaceful and rejuvenating practice.The setting on the beach as the sun began to set was nothing short of breathtaking. The sound of the waves and the warm sand beneath our mats added a unique and soothing element to the practice.Manu's teaching style was both calming and motivating. He skillfully led us through a well-balanced sequence that catered to various skill levels, making everyone feel comfortable and challenged at the same time. His cues were clear and easy to follow, making it an enjoyable practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike.As the sun dipped below the horizon, we found ourselves in a state of bliss, deeply connected to our practice and the natural surroundings. Manu's positive energy and the stunning backdrop created a truly memorable experience.I highly recommend Manu's sunset beach yoga to anyone seeking a harmonious blend of yoga, nature, and expert guidance. It was a wonderful way to end the day and left me feeling refreshed and inspired. Thank you, Manu, for this exceptional yoga experience!

Such a peaceful moment !!! Manu is an amazing teacher. I have learned a lot by only assisting to 3 classes. I recommend his Pilates and yoga class 100% if you are in Marbella. (And plus he is very funny!!)

I loved Manu's classes. They are a perfect combination of taking care of my body and mind. Manu is attentive and a great teacher. The setting is fantastic, on the beach, and other people that come to the classes are super nice. Loved it all! Great start of the day!

This spiritual Yoga class is perfect for getting away from your daily routine and recharging your batteries. The group is mixed, very relaxed and suitable for any level. There is no place more perfect than on the beach for me. I leave every class with a feeling of happiness!
