Danny is an extremely engaging and patient coach who truly takes the time to understand your needs. I wanted to transition from CrossFit into Ironman and we worked together on how I could best do this. He supported me in the following ways 1) Nutrition, I needed to drop size and over the last 2 months have dropped nearly 4 KG's while maintaining muscle with plenty of energy to train. 2) Medical Acupuncture & Massage; where I have experienced soreness or injury Danny has used a variety of therapies to restore to health 3) Online Training Tool to support my training planning and goals. Love Danny's training sessions, every session is different. He pushes you further than you ever thought possible but in such a way you don't feel pressured by him. I enjoyed the nutrition plan too and had a great weight loss, I lost 3 dress sizes and was the healthiest and strongest I've ever been. He's had to adapt my plan recently as I'm pregnant and I'm even enjoying that!! Can't thank you enough for the lessons you've taught me....

I can't praise Danny enough, PT sessions which are both tough & enjoyable. He has changed my approach to the gym, helped my nutrition & is on hand for massage therapy when muscles are feeling the strain. Training app allows you to check in easily, monitor progress & provides you with your personal training plan for your gym sessions. Wish I'd found him years ago!

I found Danny using Google in Gibraltar looking for an Osteopath and Massage and I am so pleased I did... I had an accident 18 years ago and have used different therapists all over the world for pain relief. This young man is at the top of all the people I have used. His professional manner and knowledge puts you at ease immediately.
