Servicio pésimo, no sólo no te ayudan sino que no te abren ni la puerta. No he podido resolver nada.

No me han atendido a la cara después de hacer más de 100km para conseguir el visado,enviandome a la página que hay apuntada en la puerta ,siendo este el problema que me ha hecho tener que ir al consulado físico,me han atendido por el fono porta de forma poco profesional y con mucha falta de amabilidad para estar en situación de desespero .me urge el visado para trabajar en el Reino Unido ya que tengo toda la documentación requerida en su maltrecha página ,me sobran conocimientos para hacer un trámite online.Una vergüenza en términos de gestión de burocracia básica.

No se ni por que existen, no te atiende nadie en persona, yo solo queria informacion acerca del permiso de trabajo por el tema del brexit y lo unico que me decia la mujer en el telefono era que buscara en internet, luego pregunto sobre el carnet de conducir y lo mismo...busca en internet. Que gran ayuda...Inutiles.

Great service!I needed an emergency travel document ( temp passport ).I filled out all the details online, paid £100 and the had an appointment the next day to pick it up.Curious security and staff.It's on the 6th floor of this shared building.Also unless the pin has been moved, its not up the side street. It's on the main road next to the Alehop shop.Silver and glass door.

Really efficient and quick service. But on Google maps it shows it is down a side street off the main road but the entrance is actually on the main road. Large entrance next to 100 Montaditos Coffee Shop. Parking is just past it on your right. This is a very tight multi story car park so be careful.

Very efficient service to obtain Emergency Travel Document after falling victims of crime in Valencia. All our belongings were stolen from our rental car on the way to the airport. The consulate was helpful and did all they could to get us on our way home as quickly as possible.The building was easy to find and the consulate is on the 6th floor.

called to confirm place for nrw digital photo for overseas passport application, arrived in alc and called again and confirmed c,gerona 11 and 19, one shut the no such service, call back and try and explain and put on some sort of infinity loop for aggressive people, not even same options when i call, u should be ashamed of urselves

The consulate entrance is not that easy to find it was shown on Google maps as being on a side street off the main road but that is where it used to be before Britain left the EU. It moved and the entrance is now on the main road, there is restricted parking on the main road and the roads nearby, but only a very short way up from the consulate on the right-hand side is underground parking charges apply as it's not free parking. Its only a short walk down the road from there to the entrance of the consulate on the left-hand side. At the entrance there is a panel buzzer intercom system with a very small description label on the intercom buzzer panel on the left-hand side of the entrance area. You have to press the buzzer and request entrance to the building and also ask which floor level is the consulate office on as there is no mention of it on the entrance or on the label at the intercom, nor any mention inside the entrance area where there is a lift which will take you to the level that the consulate is on once you have found out which floor it is on, again no label regarding which floor the consulate is on inside the lift. Once you arrive at the consulate office level on the inside of the office you have to place your contents that you have with you into a tray to be scanned by the security personnel before being allowed through to the office of the consulate.I hope that this information was helpful to you.
