I'm using the internet and telephone service for two years and I am much happier than with the big operators (telephone, vodafone, etc.). In fact we have moved house every year in Macael and have moved the fiber connection to the new house at no cost. One advantage for us is that they do not have a minimum permanence commitment. Also last week, the cable was broken and they came at the same time to fix it. Customer service is pretty good and you talk directly to the person in the main office. Highly recommended, much better than big telecom operators.
