Hola, soy Fernando Mejias, Guitarrista. Amigo y admirador de Felipe Conde y también de Felipe, Conde Junior.Yo trabajo con guitarras suyas y para mí son los mejores constructores, por su comodidad, calidad del instrumento y la mejor respuesta en el escenario, con la importancia que eso supone puesto que ayuda mucho a la hora de tocar en directo.Felipe está haciendo unas guitarras magníficas, muy cómodas de pulsación, sonido espectacular, muy bien equilibrado con unos bajos potentes y las tiples con un brillo muy flamenco.Aunque ya es un gran Guitarrero, en un futuro muy próximo, Felipe dará mucho que hablar, puesto que su preocupación por la evolución de la guitarra es constante y cuida al máximo todos los detalles tanto técnicos como sonoros. Es un placer probar sus guitarras.Recomiendo totalmente pasar a verle a su taller y probar sus guitarras. Es un gusto.Un abrazo

I was always curious to know more about Hermanos Conde guitars, which some of my idols like Paco de Lucia and Al Di Meola played extensively. It was only until I had the privilege to hear and then play the guitar of my friend Mercedes Luján, during our various collaborations, that I understood that those guitar are not just normal handmade guitars. Her guitar was made in 2018 by Felipe Conde Crespo, son of Felipe Conde, Heir of the Hermanos Conde. When I played my first few notes on her guitar, I understood immediately the grandness in the sound scope of the instrument, the excellence of sound vibration and projection, and the incomparable overall warmth the guitar had. Add to this, all the small details in the construction, it showed the very long heritage behind Felipe's knowledge and skills. All those qualities were rare to be combined into one instrument. Felipe Conde Crespo is such talented builder. He learned a lot from his father (Felipe Conde Cavia) where he is in constant search for elements that would progress his guitar building into the next level. He experiments and adds his own thoughts in both structure and sound in order to give it a specialty of his own. I am lucky to know Felipe in person as a friend, and I have lately visited his new independent atelier in Madrid to watch him closely, how he does it all. I will be so looking forward to commission him to build a custom guitar, designed to my specs soon! - I highly recommend to check Felipe Conde Crespo guitars whether the Flamenco or the Classical models, and don't hesitate to visit his workshop, he is very welcoming and such a nice person to know.
