We bought our house in Oliva through Oliva Casas and I really can’t say enough good things about these women. They have been so patient with us (it took us five years to actually purchase), and continue to be so helpful with managing issues that need addressing when we are not able to be there all the time. They have organized replacements of beams with woodworm, have helped us with leaks, have connected us to Pedro who does their construction stuff, have translated bills for us, and on and on. We are now considering purchasing another property thru them. They are exceptionally honest, timely, helpful and just all around good people. They provide a service that is unlike anything we have ever gotten from a realtor in the US. Use them!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!We recently relocated from the US to Oliva, Spain and purchased a home using the services of Oliva Casas. We could not have asked for a better experience. Not only did Jane take care of every detail of the purchase process, she was able to refer us to an amazing attorney who handled all of the legalities (including our TIE paperwork and setting up bank accounts). Jane, and her team, are very responsive, no matter the time of day, or day of the week. Every time we sent a message or an email it was answered quickly. The AFTER CARE is probably the most notable part of our experience. They don't just move on once the papers are signed, they have been here with us ready to answer any questions we have, recommend contractors, organize cleanings, and in general looking after our home. We have gained not only a team of experts, but we have also gained new friends in Jane, Lynn, and Tracy. Our transition here could have been very difficult, but it truly has been smooth and we are so relieved that we are able to relax and enjoy our lovely place in the sun. Highly recommend this great company and team.

The people here are awesome. They won't just sell you a property or match you with a rental. They bring you into a large family and stay connected as you wish to help you settle in and assimilate.
