Rituals Marbella - Private Yoga Classes by Liana

I booked one to one yoga sessions with Liana which now is an absolute must every time I return to Spain. She has a very centred and calming energy which slows my own energy down. From there her voice and movement offers a soothing guidance which helps me ground and land back into my body. She holds honour and reverence for the body, and for the practice of yoga, and this always brings me back into a loving connection with my own.

Both a friend and I have just spent a week in Marbella. We were looking for a wellness experience, that included yoga, good food, mediation in the sunshine and wanted someone that arranged the entire experience for us including a good standard of accommodation.We came across Rituals Marbella and contacted Liana. She lives in Marbella and was able to look after every last detail of our holiday from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed.We wanted some time to ourselves to enjoy the sunshine as part of the wellness experience but we also wanted a nice balance of spa experiences, yoga and meditation so thar we really felt relaxed and heathy.Liana was incredibly professional and provided us with a personal itinerary that included a perfect balance of excellent yoga classes, guided us through the most exceptional meditation sessions which we had never tried before, arranged dinner reservations, spa treatments as well as being available throughout our stay for some private ayurvedic lifestyle coaching which my friend decided she wanted to include at the last minute.We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend Liana and Rituals Marbella to anyone who wants to a first-class wellness experience in beautiful Marbella.

My friends and I have just returned from a mini retreat in Marbella with Liana at Rituals Marbella.I had no expectations and the only thing we had requested was that it be fun. We are all busy professionals in Perimenopause who wanted to empower ourselves and learn how to “Naturally thrive” in this period of our lives.Liana looked after every detail of our experience – We didn’t doubt that – she has been in the business of luxury experiences for decades!We knew having spoken to her personally on several occasions before our retreat that we were in good hands!It was the perfect balance of personal time with Liana to explore Ayurveda, its benefits and how to incorporate simple things like eating, sleeping, and exercising for our own personal doshas, yoga on the beach, learning to meditate and its benefits. We even experienced an incredible hammam experience in Malaga which was a highlight for me.Everything was done, of course, in the beautiful sunshine, with top-notch, fresh, food (and wine!).
