Great tour! Guide was knowledgeable and very nice, every stop was beautiful. A must while in Granada.

Onsite enlightening experience regarding olive oil.

Really fun and educational, with comfortable small vans, good guides who spoke several languages well (including English). Went to an olive tree grove and learned about the different kinds of olive trees, an olive oil production facility museum showing all the old school ways to making the stuff, learned about the social life of olive producing families. Then a 6 oil tasting, much like a wine tasting (actual wine tasting was optional). Then lunch (also optional). Then a drive out to a town with beautiful vistas of olive tree groves. Aside from learning more about olive oil, i just liked taking this tour to get out of town and see the Andalusian countryside. I did the 6 hour tour with lunch, but not wine tasting.

Violetta leads a very personal tour, with an in-depth look at how olives grow, and are pressed into oil, both in the traditional manner, and the modern style. Ends with a delicious tasting.

The best thing we did on holiday! For those that thought, just like me, that olive oil is just another oil this will truly inspire you. Presented by a team that truly love their product and know so much, I could not recommend this tour enough and am a convert to their olive oil - knolive.

A small bus took us to a nice little village on the feet of the Sierra. The group was small, the tour was very informative.

If you consider spending 43 Euros per person for 3 hours that consist of a very comfortable ride in a van for 30 minutes to see some olive trees (not farm, just plots of land from the locals in the little village) and seeing very old 15th century olive oil mill (entrance included worth 2 euros) and a tasting of 5 olive oils and some olives to be worthwhile then this trip is for you! It was not very informative. There was a video that talks about current techniques to produce olive oil though. Unfortunately this trip is not worth 43 Euros for me. I happily spent 75 euros for an Alhambra tour that was way more informative and interesting. I found nothing much even worth me taking photos of ...only 1 person in our tour found the olive oil good enough to even buy a bottle, and even her husband was surprised she bought one.

If you're in the Granada area and are interested in olive oil ... do this tour. It's scenic, informative, tasty, and very well done !!!!
