We’ve rented from this location twice over November and December 2021 and both times the service was excellent and hasslefree. In my opinion it’s better to spend a little more with a reputable company then to go for the cheap ones who try to ding you for any little thing they can. I highly recommend this Thrifty Hertz location.

Returned the car completely full of petrol as I filled it about 5mins before dropping it off. It was also returned in very clean condition. No dirt/sand or anything. They then took about €60 from my deposit claiming it was for fuel and for cleaning the car. Did not provide pictures or evidence when requested. Were at the mercy of these easy money scams for them to get more money from you and theres nothing you can do.

430 euro for a little Fiat for a week in Allicante (SP) by Thrifty/Hertz, when I arrived, they didn't have the car I booket, so rent me a little and more expenve little Fiat, I also had to pay and even I could prove that I leaft the car with full fuel, they refused to help me and came with silly explaination. I used Car Trawlers but don't know if they coperate with them. Next time I will avoid Hertz/Thrift and car Trawlers.

A company that is trying to make extra money on a client! Upon receipt of the car, the operator said that the car will be with a navigation system (now they are mostly all with a navigation system), but did not warn that this option should be paid, and only when I handed over the car they announced that this option cost me 112 euros! (we didn’t even use navigation, since it’s in Spanish) Therefore, carefully read what you sign and ask questions, you shouldn’t hope that everything will be explained to you! Their service left a very unpleasant impression in the end!

Oficina compartida con Hertz. Dani es amable y servicial, te lo explica todo súper bien. Es localizable, nada más salir de la zona de recogida de equipaje, dentro de la terminal. El parking en la primera planta, plazas de tamaño estándar.

Perfect experience with them. They answered the phone really quick and solved any doubt I had. Possibility to leave the car in Almeria's airport even if their office was temporaly closed there. Lady in Alicante's office was fantastic and explained every very clear and organised (shame I didn't get her name! she had glasses and spoke Spanish, French and English, 7:30pm shift on 12th Jan). If I could say something to improve, I couldn't find the office in the parking super easy, but I found someone to ask. Overall, thanks for making our trip easier!

Una auténtica vergüenza, lo reservé para mi madre. Llegaron y le piden la tarjeta de crédito. Como ella no tiene, mi tía ofrece la suya y dicen que esa no vale. Le imponen ponerla como segunda conductora y le cobran 12€ más al día, además le imponen un seguro de 200€ y para colmo una fianza de 1000€!!!! A ver qué pasa cuando vayan a dejar el coche pero una panda de ladrones increíble.

Worst Car rental agency ever. I had to pay double the price after received the car at the airport. They claims arising to with any extra applicable fees. At the end they claimed more extra fees that I wasn't aware. Kind Regards
