Great service and very nice people! We took 4 bikes with my family. We got a map of the city and tour suggestions to cycle. Very nice city experiencie of San Sebastián with great views, food and drinks!

We signed up to ride through Basque country with Cycle Fiesta. The bike hires were made through Basque Epic Bike Rentals. Matteo worked on our bikes to make them just right for us... a hybrid for my husband and a road bike for me. He met us in Bilbao... and He took the time to fit us, left us with tools and his number in case we had any problems. They were perfect in every way for us. Iñigo and Mateo are both super helpful and their bikes are in great condition (I'm a hobbyist bike mechanic and could tell that the bike I borrowed was very well set up and looked after). The shop is right in the centre of town.I rented a Giant TCR carbon fibre road bike for 3 days and rode 180km with 3,000m of elevation around the local hills (including a ride with Iñigo himself which I would highly recommend organising for his local tips and knowledge). What an amazing place to ride a bike. A few famous climbs ticked off my bucket list. Can't wait to go back!

Great experience. Mateo was very communicative and super flexible with our ambitious itinerary to rent his bikes for 3 weeks to tour through northern Spain and Portugal. Very reasonable prices and great service. Highly recommended!

I rented a road bike to ride up and down the hills surroundings San Sebastian and along the coast.Mateo has been super friendly, and the bike was very good. He also provided spare tubes and minipump.Super renting service, greatly recommended.

The guided ride I did with Basque EPIC was one of the highlights of my trip. Mateo was a fantastic guide, my Canyon bike was perfectly tuned, and the trails were a blast. I highly recommend riding with this organization, and I will be using them in the future to rent bikes for bikepacking the Camino.

Manuel was by far not only the best service provider of a bike rental company, but actually the best service provider of any place I've ever been. I know that's a bit of a statement, but he really took care of us and helped us over and above any usual standard to be expected. The bikes were fine, but I would never rent from a different place in San Sebastian after the level of quality I received here.

We took a guided road bike tour with Iñigo and had an absolutely great time. My partner and I are in pretty decent shape and bike for transportation at home, but don't have a lot of road bike experience.Iñigo got us all set up on really nice bikes and offered different levels of rides. We choose a challenging route and while it completely kicked our butts it was so very worth it. Amazing views, challenging (at least for us!) climbs and an overall great experience.This ride and getting to hang with Iñigo is one of the high lights of our visit to San Sebastian and we will certainly go out with Iñigo for another ride the next time we are in town!
