I wanted to say a big thank you to Maia for her support and planning services for my wedding. She was incredible every step of the way. Her communication throughout the planning phase was exceptional and she always did her best to answer any questions I had promptly. She was amazing in the lead up to the wedding making sure she keep me updated and kept me informed of all details and also double checked everything was correct and accommodated last minute changes up until the day before. I felt so relaxed on the day know that everything will run so smoothly and it did. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and experience. Highly recommend Maia! Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Thank you again Maia!!!

Maia was very reliable and patient, always keeping everything together and giving honest and thoughtful opinions about details and programme of a wedding. She knows a lot of suppliers and has good tips. Maia really helped us a lot before and during our wedding at Son Togores! We can highly recommend having her on your side if you want a great wedding!

Great wedding coordinator that will do whatever is necessary to make your big day as best as possible.Maia coordinated our wedding at Son Togores in May. It was a very difficult task, as the weather forecast was 70% rain 1 week in advance and we planned everything outside. The stress level we experienced was enormous and Maia was there for us the whole time. She even wanted to reschedule the whole wedding one day 4 days before the wedding so that we could do everything as planned in sunshine.I don’t have to mention that this is an insane task to coordinate with many service providers like location, flowers, music, catering, guests, bakery, fotographer, videographer - she was there for us and called everyone within one hour - theoretically we could have rescheduled the wedding at the last minute. However, we decided to do everything as planned and she managed this difficult day with sunshine and rain changing every 30-60 minutes.Unfortunately, we could not do the dinner outside due to heavily pooring rain, but she tried everything in her power on that day to follow our wishes as best as possible. Every service provider was delayed to the last possible second to build up everything outside. Just when it started to rain like hell we switched to the plan B inside.You want to have someone like Maia on your side when things do not go as planned. You can rely on her.

We first met Maia during our visit to Mallorca to do our menu tasting. Her warm, friendly and professional nature instantly put us at ease, we knew we could trust Maia to work with us in planning our perfect wedding day. Maia went above and beyond through the whole process, corresponding with all our suppliers and helping us secure a venue for a pre wedding get together the night before. Maia was then present on the big day to coordinate everything. Of course the day ran without a single hitch, it was everything we dreamt of and more. We cannot speak highly enough of Maia’s professionalism and kindness. We certainly wouldn’t have had our perfect day without her help.

Maia was a 10/10 planner for our wedding at Son Togores! She is clearly very experienced, she knows the providers and the different venues in Mallorca very well, which was invaluable for us as we live abroad. She is super responsive, helpful, patient and organised, making us feel relaxed throughout the process. Her presence in the day of the wedding was a huge comfort to us, and without it we could not have had such a perfect day. She also gave us a lot of advice, tips and tricks and suggestions to add little touches that make the day really special and really feel like a wedding. Everything went absolutely seamlessly and it was so wonderful just to be able to relax and enjoy the event and the time with our friends. I would really recommend Maia if you plan on getting married in Mallorca!

We are so happy with Maia helped us planning our wedding. Maia had lots of helpful tips and helped us to get in touch with various service providers from Mallorca like a shuttle service for example. A few days before our wedding, we went through the entire daily routine again in detail and could have made some changes - everything we wanted was possible. On the wedding day she remained calm and had everything under control. Maia made our day perfect!

We trusted Maia to plan and organize our wedding on Mallorca in May 2023. She was crucial to us, since we life in Germany, thousands of kilometers far from the Balearic Islands, and needed a local person with a strong network on site. We were impressed by Maia‘s ownership and had at any time the feeling that she really cares to help us creating the best day of our life. Maia not only handled all providers (we had 7 different companies) before and on the wedding day, she also brought in recommendations how to make our event even more perfect. Thanks to Maia‘s help everything on our wedding day went smooth. We really had the most special day and also our 100+ guests feedbacked us that they never visited such a well organized wedding. We can highly recommend her services without any concern and would definitely engage her again (if we want to celebrate again on Mallorca/Ibiza).

Myself, my wife, our family, and friends travelled from Canada to get married at the beautiful Finca Son Togores in Majorca. Maia made sure everything went smoothly. She was very clear about everything for the entire planning process. She was able to provide us all the information through email, and video chats.Maia was able to provide all the requests we made for the entire wedding day. She also did a very good job of keeping the wedding on schedule throughout the day.I highly recommend Maia as a wedding planner if you plan to get married in Majorca. Wir haben im September auf Mallorca geheiratet und hatten uns für eine traumhafte Location entschieden, bei der die Kommunikation anfangs etwas holprig war. Bis sich dann Maia als unsere neue Ansprechpartnerin vorstellte. Ab dem Moment an lief alles plötzlich viel besser und wir hatten vollstes Vertrauen, dass unser großer Tag wunderbar werden würde. Und das, obwohl wir unsere Hochzeit von Deutschland aus planten und die Location nie live gesehen haben. Am Tag der Hochzeit selbst war Maia für alles verantwortlich und hat ihre Aufgabe einfach perfekt gelöst. Sie ist wirklich eine wundervolle, liebenswerte Person, der ich jederzeit wieder meine Hochzeit anvertrauen würde. Ich kann sie von Herzen zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
