Amazing Service from Nico at Black Diamond Car Hire (Ibiza). Been dealing with Nico since May in regards to hiring the Wrangler for 1 week. Nothing was too much trouble and such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone through WhatsApp. We changed our plans last minute and Nico quite happily changed from Airport collection to Hotel Drop off. Smooth handover with a very in-depth look into the workings of the car. Even setting up the car stereo for us! A very early start meant the car was coming back before 9am, no problem, Nick's system worked smoothly and easily!Great 4x4, just what we wanted for location of Villa and getting around Ibiza. Nico has been super professional from the first minute that I contacted him. Booking the car is super simple and the prices are very fair.He met us at the airport and he even upgraded our jeep to a brand new amazing jeep without charging us a cent more. On a business trip, we had a Jeep excursion to discover Ibiza. It was a lot of fun and the team took us to very beautiful places on the Island, explaining history to us, being super flexible and friendly. They speak multiple languages ​​which is great.The cars are great, clean and very comfortable. A highly recommended experience.
