Can not fault the placeGreat service. Very relaxed atmosphere. Entertainment is great. Food was spot on. Drinks readily available.All the staff excellent. Angela the Scottish host went above and beyondAlso the main pool bar is great the staff all look like the love their jobs.Special mention to Adrian and Fatima.Would recommend this place for a fun and relaxing family holiday

This place is absolutely brilliant for children. It's literally a children's adventure playground. There is so much activities and games for them to do, I can't complain or fault. It's definitely the perfect holiday resort if you have children.Our only disappointment was the food, the food wasn't that great with choice and variety. Alot of the meat was undercooked, well in some cases not cooked at all and food was always cold and in some cases even left overs from the night before. Which was a shame, however there is food trucks that sale burgers, chips and kebabs daily if that's your thing. Yet, I noticed that when you book to make reservations for dinner in one of the themed restaurants the food is much better, its fresher, hot and edible. Unlike, I found the Golden arrow buffet to be more messy and food not that great.The cabins, were clean and tidy, the maids did a great job at cleaning the rooms and always restocking the fridge with beer and soft drinks.The staff were incredibly, helpful and friendly especially the host Maria Ella she was so attentive to whatever you needed or was unsure about during your stay.Over all, this place was brilliant and had a great time and so did the children and that's all that matters.

Hemos pasado 2 noches en diciembre con la festividad de navidad. El servicio de restauración ha sido ideal, los camareros Ismael y el director Pedro han sido muy amables. Lo peor ha sido el check in y el check out, entras muy muy tarde entrando a las 15h si llegas a las 13h, pero para salir pronto pronto, a las 10h te echan literalmente de la habitación. Además que las actividades que hay para hacer son muchas de pago, por no decir casi todas. Por lo que da igual que pagues un ultratodoincluido que lo que sea, si quieres hacer alguna actividad además del super coste de lq reserva te tendrás que gastar mucho más. Yo sinceramente no volveré, me parece excesivo para las calidades que tiene, y las cabañas viejas y muy muy pequeñas. Estuvimos en Terra y Natura hace 1 mes y las cabañas eran mejor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Didn't feel the need to visit the other hotels that we had access to.Rooms were very clean, we were in premium so had plenty space. Or family was in one of the smaller ones, it was snug for a family of 3 but sufficient.Food wasn't to our taste but fresh and well cooked so no complaints there.Evening entertainment was different every night and had a very polished professional feel to it.Staff were mostly friendly and attentive. Life guards at the poolside and slides were on the ball. Strict with the rules but friendly within that. We felt our 9yr old was safe at all times.

We got home on Sunday and it was my children's first holiday abroad. Hotel was amazing so much to do. Great for kids. Staff in the bars where always so happy singing and dancing away they never stop. The only downfall for us was the food. Food was undercooked meat was raw. And food was very tasteless. My mam even found a peice of raw pork. And I has some undercooked chicken this does need to be looked at before someone ends up really poorly.As much as we enjoyed the holiday we wouldn't stay at the resort again as food is a big part of the holiday and we really struggled with that and having 2 small children who are not fussy being very fussy. Service was great apart from food and that's why I have marked it down if it was on food alone I would do 1 star.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente la limpieza tanto de las cabañas como las zonas comunes. Personal muy amable con niños y mayores, siempre con una sonrisa y atentos a todo. Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado como nunca, muchas actividades para todas las edades. Establecimiento ideal para ir con niños. Sin duda repetiremos

Had an amazing holiday here. Few things weren't the best though. Food in the main buffet wasn't nice. It's got plenty of different foods there but I just didn't like the taste. The themed restaurants were amazing though. The food trucks were also great the food there was much better. The rooms are very small and the beds are horrible to sleep in. The service at reception was awful. And some staff at the bars were rude but there was a lot of staff that were lovely. It's 10 minutes in a taxi to benidorm and a 10/15 minute walk to albir. The medieval show was amazing too.The pools were great kids loved it. Entertainment on the night was a let down so the kids played outside in the park instead.Overall all I'd probably come here again but would have to book the premium rooms for space and comfort.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and clean facilities. Only down side to the cleanliness was that towels were not always changed. Sometimes, they were taken but not replaced (we hired pool towels and used these instead as you can change them daily). We didn't make use of much of the entertainment. However, there was plenty available for all ages. Food was the only thing that let the hotel down slightly. Similar to school canteen food. Always something to eat but no option for a really lovely meal. Restaurants were a bit better but still not much of a choice. Most meals were selected for you. Perhaps the option of a better restaurant you could pay for separately would have been nice. Breakfast was good, however, so we tended to eat well at breakfast and snack for the rest of the day.
