Easy hiring experience - walked in without booking (off peak in early Sept.) - very helpful, English speaking, and clear service. Hired two bikes for the day at a very reasonable price + free tour suggestions via simple WhatAppQR code scan.Insurance cover for punctures etc. available if you want it. Comfy bikes with baskets, locks and came in multiple sizes depending on your height. Friendly. Highly recommended.

Bikes quality: We rented bikes during Las Fallas (March, 2023) in Valencia and they are very comfortable and well maintained. Seats were comfy and adjustable. Tyres were strong and quiet, The bikes were in great shape and lots to choose from ( with and without basket).Customer service : service was TOP NOTCH!! Highly recommended if you are looking to rent a bike. The owner is great, attentive, patient and super friendly. He took the time to show us how to use the lock and made sure the seat height was adjusted to our comfort. Also, asked if we need extra stuff like phone holder etc. Also, It was really lovely chatting with the owner!! The best part is owner knows both English and Spanish so, be comfortable to communicate.Price: Very reasonable price and covers lots of benefits. It was 10 euros with bike coverage per person for 2-4 hours. You also have to pay fully refundable assurance money of 50 euros.

Chris was very helpful and the E-Bikes worked great. Recommend reserving in advance as no other E-Bikes were available for our friends closer in. His bike path maps downloadable to the phone were helpful but not interactive. Valencia has an amazing bike path system and overwhelmingly respectful drivers. A path runs right by the shop. If on a cruise ship take a cab, it's a long uninteresting walk to get there.

The bike was great! Super easy going owner, installed the bike seat for my daughter. The bike was so comfortable that I’m buying now the same one for my riding at home! The location and opening hours of the shop very convenient.Will come back for sure so some more riding in Valencia

Ok , simply put this place has good and comfortable bikes, no hidden costs and an owner who gives excellent customer service. The location is a great starting point for your Valencia bike trip with the wide open promenade paths that follow the beaches, instead navigating the city. Highly recommended!
