Very modern room but showing first signs of wear now the hotel is 18 months old. A door lock IT fault required time spent by us negotiating with reception staff but with no apology from management.Good sunbeds and pools.Excellent choice of food for all tastes.Nice location for walking out but a bit chavy nearby.Senior management should be on patrol regularly to touch base with guests. A real weakness.

Fabulous 7 day stay from start to finish. All staff go above and beyond, a credit to the hotel. Food selection across all meals in each restaurant is excellent, with fresh healthy options for all. Children's food counters at their eye level and good choice of food for them too. Huge hotel and very well maintained gardens and chill out zones. Would definitely recommend it, and we will be back. High class of standards throughout and most pleasurable stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your magnificent hotel in beautiful Sa Coma, and I couldn't resist but share my thoughts with you. Let's just say, it was quite the experience! There were a few things that stood out to me, and I thought it best to bring them to your attention.First off, let me just say that the kids club was absolutely fabulous! The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure my little one had a blast. However, I must admit that the sign-in process could be a bit time-consuming, taking up to 20 minutes at times. As someone who values quality family time for all, it would be wonderful if this process could be streamlined a bit, allowing us to make the most of our adult time.Now, let's talk about the bathroom privacy situation. Honestly, it didn't bother me much, but I couldn't help but notice that it might not be ideal for families with older children. Maybe a little upgrade in the privacy department would make a difference and accommodate the needs of diverse guests.Can we take a moment to talk about the food? Wow! The variety of vegetarian options was truly impressive. Each meal was a delightful journey for my taste buds. And those desserts, let me tell you, they were out-of-this-world amazing! However, I did notice a little hiccup with the eggs. They were often served cold, which was a bit of a disappointment. On the bright side, I must commend your chef for being more than happy to whip up a fresh and hot batch upon request. That's what I call service with a smile!I also wanted to mention the location. Sa Coma and the nearby beach were absolutely stunning. It was such a treat to have local attractions within easy reach, allowing us to explore and enjoy the beauty of Sa Coma, you can see the investment in the area.Last but certainly not least, I must give a well-deserved shoutout to your incredible staff. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their friendly and approachable demeanor was truly appreciated. It's those personal connections that make a trip all the more special.Considering all aspects, I would definitely consider returning to the Sensatori Biomar Hotel for another fabulous holiday. Thank you for providing an exceptional experience, filled with cherished memories.

Such an amazing place,the best I ve been to!…clean,high standards,modern look.Starting with the reception ladies, the lovely young man who helped me with the luggages and showed me the surroundings to the people that are cleaning the pools and gardens that are so very friendly.I would like to mention the food and the staff who are going the extra mile for everybody!The Altair staff are amazing!The selection is great and I love the desserts!!!!I don t want to forget mentioning the ladies that clean the rooms and fill the mini bar…they are so so lovely!!!Thank you for such an amazing experience!I shall def be back next year!Kind regards,Alexandra ,Maya & Monica

Good hotel must say we had a good holiday. A few niggles. Example air con kept failing in the rooms of two of our party. In the building we were in two lifts but only one worked for most of the week. The food at the hotel is excellent. We booked the Italian restaurant and it was to say disappointing, not the best compared to the general buffet. Then jet washing the pavements understand why but using a soapy water made for a very slippery surface. All this said would and probably will go back in the future ideal family or couples retreat.

Had 4 nights here after a cruise and we rarely find food that matches the high quality of the cruise ship - but we did! the food is the most amazing we have had in a hotel bar none! The staff are very helpful and we stayed in the main hotel for adults only which is a new build and just the most luxurious place. The pool area was lovely, had plenty choice for beds etc and a lovely atmosphere for adults, swim up room, jacuzzi and everyone was so friendly there! a 5 star plus! would love to return

Family holiday was perfect. Rooms, pools and restaurants were amazing. Service was also amazing. Everyone was friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. Food and drinks were great, well presented and tasted just as good. Family room was spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us with 2 balconies. 2 outdoor family pools to choose from, 1 children's splash pool and an indoor pool you do have plenty of options. Loads going on during the day and the evening for all the family. Then if you want to visit the beach it's just a10 min walk. Would definitely go back.

We have returned from an amazing holiday here. Whilst there are thing that could be improved I think it is unrealistic to expect that there wouldn't be. There are some truly amazing aspects. The food is very good quality. We have been to many Sensatori resorts and the choice is not quite as good (yet) but the ingredients and tastes of what is there is up with the best. The rooms are lovely and sizeable and clean. We had a problem with our room where we had water pouring through the ceiling (stuff happens) but it was handled to perfection with immediate management intervention and an over and above resolution. The location is far superior to most resorts which are so remote you feel trapped with nowhere to go. This one was sandwiched between 2 towns with amazing beaches in Sa Coma with the clearest water I have ever seen. The staff were lovely, the entertainment staff had an unmatched energy and the child support was good. Over time there are things that will improve but what a great start. Thank you for a great holiday from us all.

Lovely hotel, staff very pleasant & attentive. Separate adults only area for those preferring holidays without noise from kids. Plenty of activities.Good food & drink.Usual palaver with folks reserving loungers as soon as they get up, then barely using them, but if that's the worst gripe, you know its a sound hotel.
