Woof Airlines - Global Pet Transport

Antes de saber de la existencia de Woof, habíamos contactado unas 8 empresas de traslado de mascotas con respuestas variopintas y muchas veces negativas para el traslado de un animal tan grande. Si hubiésemos sabido de la existencia de Woof desde un principio, nos hubiésemos ahorrado casi 2 meses de angustias/estrés/ansiedad de lidiar con empresas cuyas respuestas eran etéreas e inconclusas, a diferencia de Woof que fueron los únicos que nos hablaron claro desde el día uno!El viaje de nuestro Borzoi desde Chile hasta España fué maravilloso. Desde el inicio de las negociaciones, el team Woof fué súper amable, entregándonos seguridad y tranquilidad al responder nuestras dudas pacientemente! El precio nos pareció correcto para el tamaño del perro en cuestión, ya que también nos aseguraban que estaría lo más cómodo posible para su trayecto de unas 16 horas en su Kennel con extensoresDe presentársenos una oportunidad de traslado nuevamente en un futuro, los contactaríamos de nuevo con los ojos cerrados!Muy agradecidos Mario, Noe y Miguel sinceramente por todo!!

Absolutely outstanding! From start to finish everyone with Woof Airlines was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and courteous. They provided guidance in getting everything ready for the move and then handled all the details for us — from getting the veterinarian certificates to picking up our 6 dogs and 2 cats at our home in Mexico to checking them in at the airport to picking them up in Madrid and then delivering them in Spain. At every step they kept in touch and provided commentary along with photos and videos. It was so good to see our dogs and cats so happy and in such great care as they made their way to us. Jeff is a superb coordinator and Eliachi is a kind, caring and wonderful animal handler. We could not have had a better team taking such good care of our pets. I highly recommend Woof Airlines and would use them again if I ever move again. I wish everything in life would work as well as the wonderful team we had at Woof Airlines!

We used Woof Airlines to bring our pug Stitch from Miami to Porto and could not have had a better experience. Jeff and Miguel were professional, answered all our questions, and provided great care for Stitch before, during and after the flight. Highly recommended!!

Despues de dos intentos fallidos de enviar a mi perro de 11 años a traves de otra aerolinea, mi esposo y yo encontramos Woof airlines. Desde el primer dia Jeff y su equipo se comunicaron con nosotros para que todo el proceso fluyera con facilidad. La informacion muy clara y el contacto 100% personalizado. Tanto la entrega en el aeropuerto como en el destino se dieron de manera facil y agradable. Sparky llego Feliz y lo mas importante, sano.Los recomiendo con toda confianza y si tuviera que pasar por este proceso nuevamente, elegiria Woof Airlines sin pensarlo

Miguel and his team did an outstanding job! They planned everything very well and would update me and my husband every step of the way during our pet’s trip. This is also the most affordable pet transport company I was able to find. :) Totally worth every penny. Highly recommend!

They were amazing! I rescued a husky while in Tangier, Morocco and they brought him all the way back to New Hampshire, U.S.A. for me! They were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire journey with tons of pictures to give me peace of mind!!

Woof Airlines is an outstanding company. We've used them twice to transport our German Shepherd. They are excellent.

Woof Airlines is AMAZING! We are a Navy/Marines military family. My son was stationed overseas in the Navy to Rota Spain. He has been with his dog Koda since he was a puppy. I had been stressed out for months trying to figure out how and what what was the best way to get Koda to Spain for my son. They havent seen each other in a year. When I contacted Woof Airlines..I made the best choice! Maria was patient with me and comforting. This was all completely a new process to me. Woof Airlines picked Koda up at my door and took him to Miami Airport where he was flown with a member at Woof Airlines to Madrid. They sent me tracking location while he was in flight to Madrid. They sent pictures along the way. Koda was then transported by vehicle from Madrid to Rota right to my son' s home! They also sent location tracker information en route as well as pictures and videos of Koda. I landed in Spain myself 2 days later to meet Koda and my son arrived 6 days afterwards from overseas where they had a happy reunion. This took so much stress away from our family. It is already challenging for military families and the care all the workers provided to Koda was great. It is hard to entrust your pet family member with anyone..and you can count on Woof Airlines with your pet across the world for service members and family! Thank you to all the workers involved in the organized process and care they took for my military son's dog. I am so happy for Koda and my son and to have such a great caring company as Woof Airlines! I dont know what we would have done without your service as well. Much gratitude!
