Great attitude and quality customer service. Also they know what they’re doing technically.I’ve had an issue with my old iPhone not recharging thinking it was a battery issue and came or see SAT for a repair. Within 1/2 day they were able to advise me that it had nothing wrong with it , we’ve isolated the issue to a cable of the recharger.Any lesser astute person in customer service would’ve charged me for the assessment time by opening it up and reviewing it. And I’d have paid that fee albeit begrudgingly (and not come back). It was not the case with SAT as they refused to charge me for anything since they’ve made no improvements on it, so I offered to buy a phone charger from them instead. It worked out nicely as the charger works well and the problem went away.The person who’ve served me understood what makes good customer service and ultimately good business. I’m glad to have visited them and recommend to anyone to do the same.

Very friendly, helpful and quick service. If your are a tourist with a phone problem, I'd highly recommend this place. I was beginning to panic, with a phone that wouldn't switch off and an imminent flight home, but they saved the day!
