Port Salvi is a great place for Ayurveda especially because of Dr Raj with his great expertise. You feel very well taken care of, he is very competent and helpful and always open for answering questions. I can also fully recommend his morning Yoga classes. This was my second stay at Port Salvi and I will definitely come back.

This was my first visit to Port Salvi. I arrived exhausted and totally run down. Dr Raj examined me and helped me recoup and recover in just a week. All the treatments were divine, the food delicious and the rest in such beautiful surroundings the perfect way to be restored. Highly recommended and I hope to make this an annual retreat.

During a two week Ayurveda cure Dr. Dinu Raj helped me detox my body and focus on my main health issues and goals. He really wants to help people and you can feel that he's not just doing a job" but living his passion. Dr. Dino Raj is very competent and helpful. His approaches are pragmatic and adapted to the European constitutions of the body. Very helpful and his step by step approach is very professional and supports the process of the change. So he first cleans the body and then gos step-by-step further to balance the body and mind and cure any illnesses. I can recommend him very much. I lost 5 kg weight without any fasting, just by his treatments and the food. The cravings I had in the past are completely gone and the treatments he gave for home keep my energy very high until today. I lost all my unnecessary old habits!!!! And every day I meet people they tell me how good I look since I have been at the Port Salvi Spain Ayurveda Kur. :-)

Dr. Raj is an excellent doctor and a loving person. He takes a lot of time for all his patients and the good of every patient is a matter of his heart. You get so much more than a healthy body, you get a healthy, happy mind. Thank you for all. I will come back soon.

Este verano he realizado una cura ayurvédica en Port Salvi en Sant Feliu de Guíxols bajo la supervisión del Dr. Dinu Raj y ha sido realmente increíble la mejora en mi cuerpo y salud. El Dr. Dinu es muy buen profesional, desde el primer momento el trato es exquisito, muy cercano y hace un seguimiento contínuo de la evolución, así como recomienda algunas pautas para después del tratamiento. Haber conocido la medicina ayurvédica con el Dr. Dinu Raj ha sido muy satisfactorio, además sus clases de yoga a primera hora de la mañana ayudan a empezar el día de la mejor forma posible.
