Renting a scooter is the best decision I've ever made for a vacation. I chose the standard model which allowed me to get around all over Barcelona without the battery ever struggling to keep up. This company deserves more than five stars without the mobility scooter. I would not have enjoyed Barcelona as much as I did. it can be used on the hop on hop off with no trouble .They (Roy) dropped off and picked up at our hotel. The scooter was charged when I received it and ready to go. I do, however recommend every time you return to your room you charge it up just so you can stay out and about longer. You can feel safe and secure renting from them. The deposit is showing credited to my account within two days of pick up. Thanks for making Barcelona a memorable experience.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Go Mobility if you need to hire a mobility scooter. Roy was very prompt replying to my original email and answering any subsequent questions. The scooter was delivered to my hotel at the specified time and was in an excellent and clean condition. We had our reservations about hiring a mobility scooter whilst on holiday as we've had trouble with our own in the past. But the staff at Go Mobility Now were absolutely fantastic. They dropped off the scooter on the dates and times that best suited us, provided us with all the necessary equipment for the running of the scooter and even left a troubleshooting document for us in case we ran into any issues. (Which we didn't).I would highly recommend Go Mobility Now to anyone looking to hire a scooter in Barcelona. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. They kept me well-informed every step of the way and were a true factor in the success that our holiday ended up being.Well done guys and keep up the good work!

My partner sustained an injury (which left him non weight bearing) prior to our sightseeing trip to Barcelona from the UK. We contacted Go Mobility Now (Roy) who was able to support us immediately with a mobility scooter at a reasonable rate.Roy was on hand to arrange hire and deliver it to our Hotel at the time we required. We found Roy extremely helpful in supporting us to enjoy our holiday by meeting our needs.We had a blow out on day 2 and Roy was on hand to meet us within the hour with a replacement scooter which was no problem.My deposit was back in my account within 24hrs.I would definitely recommend this company if your are experiencing mobility issues around Barcelona.

A great experience of hiring a scooter for a week in Barcelona. The scooter was delivered to my hotel and collected at the end. Roy brought two crutch holders for the scooter to see which fitted best. There was excellent and fast communication by email prior to the hire.I took a scooter cape on holiday and did need it one day when we had torrential rain and nowhere under cover for the scooter. I'd recommend taking one on holiday.I'd not hired a scooter before, although I use my own at home, and I hadn't considered insuring the hire scooter. It was only at the end of the hire that I looked at the agreement and realised that there's no insurance cover. So I'd recommend including scooter insurance in any travel insurance.I wouldn't hesitate to use Go Mobility Now again.

Brilliant service. We visited Barcelona for 5 days and were in need of a mobility scooter for my mother. The guys at Go Mobility were brilliant. Roy was very helpful and arranged a compact scooter which would fit into the apartment lift and be easy for us to use. It was also as described and fitted into a taxi.
