I found Blanca Cano on Houzz during covid times. My project was to do a total patio renovation (basically knocking it all down and starting again from scratch from structure/electricity/design/gardening etc).Because I was in Asia, I had to do it all over video calls (2 in total), emails and whatsapp without meeting previously which wasn't ideal. It was a little bit risky for me as I didn't know her and didn't have any recommendations from anyone.From the moment I asked for proposals from a few architects selected on houzz website, she was the first one to answer.Not only that, from our first meeting on zoom she translated in design and ideas everything we had spoken about in a matter of days. Her complete and professional presentation was the best from all other proposals we had (some from other architects i'm still waiting for. You are in Andalusua after all...)She just went beyond my expectations. She left no stones unturned through the whole process, delivering on time, always remaining professional, excellent in her field as she knows exactly what she is talking about. In Blanca, I found someone who not only is outstanding in design, architecture, planning and efficiency but managing a whole project, from A to Z, smart, with commong sense, choosing her team well (that's also a challenge here), and as efficient behind the scene as in client-facing. I can only recommend Blanca 100% and without hesitation. I am very happy, feel blessed and very grateful to have found her.
