Avevo iniziato a praticare yoga da solo es ero in cerca di uno spazio migliore del salotto di casa mia. Seguendo un poco la ricerca, ho trovato questo cowork, e mi sono sentito subito come in una seconda casa. Non è solo un centro yoga, hai la possibilità di cucinare e di poter lavorare o studiare. Le classi variano dal periodo e dalla disponibilità degli insegnati. E uno spazio aperto a nuove idee , non solo per quanto riguarda lo yoga ma per tutto ciò che ci fa stare bene! Se passate per Barcellona consiglio di passarci del tempo. E occhio al gatto che runa i calzini!

This is THE best place for yoga classes and conscious events in Barcelona! Went to Sanya's class, Deep & Dynamic Hatha Vinyasa, and absolutely loved it- the flow of the sequence, the use of music and chanting, the clarity of the instruction, the amazing hands-on assists and the use of themes. Left feeling completely renewed and invigorated. This was probably the best and most unique class I have taken in Barcelona.I also went to one of their Conscious Weekends and it was so beautiful, met some very cool people. It is amazing to know that this place exists, so needed in a city like Barcelona. Come here if you have the chance!!

Très bel espace, lumineux, avec de bonnes ondes, on s'y sent bien! J'adore la salle pour la pratique, ma prof de yoga, Sanya, est excellente, et j'ai aussi essayé l'e cours sur les rêves avec Andrea (qui parle français, si nécessaire), c'est passionnant! Bref, belle équipe, je recommande complètement!
