Great service . Picked up from airport in mini bus so no worries of fitting suitcases for the whole family in the car . No queues waiting at hire car desk and No worries of extra insurance scams , price quoted is exactly what we paid .Everything on time like clockwork both ways . Steve was Really friendly and gave helpful Advice of area etc . Definitely be using this company again .

Really straightforward experience.Booked online with deposit paid by card to reserve the car.Cash paid on arrival after being picked up from the airport bang on time.Had a clio for two weeks and no drama at all.No hassle trying to be over sold insurance or called out for non-existent damage, etc.Will definitely use again!

After 20 years of using same hire cars in Cabo Roig area I decided to make a change. So glad I did. Steve is great and the fiesta was a very good car, also being picked up and dropped off at airport is nice touch. Will definitely be returning to use this service again next year.

The car we hired for 9 days was a complete disaster. When Steve Woods delivered it I was surprised that it was such an old Fiesta. We have a 13 year old Fiesta at home but in much better condition. Steve told us that the car had just had a new engine fitted. He also said he was going to be away for the next few weeks but that we could contact another Steve who had picked us up from the airport.When we started the engine and drove for about 800 yards, it made a weird noise. Because we have an old Fiesta at home we knew the engine sound wasn't right. We telephoned Steve to inform him of the noise and he said he would ask his mechanic to call us. He didn't offer another car! We were due to pick our daughter up from the airport that day and because we were unnerved by the engine sound, we drove to La Zenia to try to find Steve. There was no business property. It was just residential houses. We called Steve again and told him we hadn't heard from the mechanic and he said he couldn't meet us but would call him again. We didn't hear from the mechanic for several hours, by which time we were on our way to pick up our daughter from the airport. On the journey the engine noise seemed to quieten and we told the mechanic this. We agreed to see how things went.During the 9 days we used the car very little because the weird engine noise kept returning. On the last day of hire we drove our daughter to the airport and this was when we realised WE HAD HIRED A CLOWN CAR!The engine noise went from being weird to A VERY LOUD BANG AND A VERY LOUD CLATTERING NOISE. We were on the highway and desperate to get to the airport as there was only one British Airways flight per day and we didn't want our daughter to miss it.It started to rain and the passenger side WIPER FELL OFF! As we approached the airport terminal car park the oil light came on warning us to stop and there was a smell of burning. We were scared! The car KONKED OUT completely just in front of the barrier. We called the Steve that had been left in charge and he came out to rescue us. When we returned to the UK we contacted Steve Woods to ask for a refund. I bet you can guess his response? He tried to blame us! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Great car for our needs and a great price (half of what you would pay at the airport).Steve picked us up as promised and dropped us back at the end of the week, saving a couple of hundred euros in transfers! Fantastic service, throughly recommend and will be using again.

We hired a Ford Focus estate from Steve for two weeks in August. The car was in great condition. Steve offered a pick up and drop off service from Alicante airport which saved us the taxi fare each way. Fully inclusive insurance included and the handover only took 5 minutes.Great communication. Steve always replies to messages and text in good time.All round stress free, great value and really nice guy!We're already planning our next hire from Steve in October.*Sorry I don't have a better pic of the car.

We got picked up at the airport in a large van (plenty of space for the passengers and the luggage). We got our car in La Zenia.Good car, low fuel consumption.When returning the car, no deep inspection. Based on trust!!Got a ride back to the airport in the same large van.Excellent service, honest prices, good communication and very friendly!

We used Steve in late August ‘22. He was very busy at the time, but he came up with a car for 10 days. Steve picked us up at our house in Playa Flamenca and dropped us back when finished. Car and service was excellent with very good prices. We will be using Steve for all our trips in the future. Thanks again Steve.

Won't service/transfer after 10pm.He calls that Stupid O'ClockNo refunds of deposit if flight cancelled/delayed, make sure you have cancellation insurance.Roughly twice the price of other similar rental cars for the same period.
