Good costumer service, decent bike (Cervelo R3).The bike I had was not the newest in their possession so it had small signs of use but overall it was a decent bike.Included saddle bag with spare tyre, chain lube etc.Owner responds quick via Whatsapp.The Gpx routes provided on the website are beautiful.

Great bikes at a great price and Stuart was really friendly and helpful.

Contacted Stuart online (my mistake, I should had just gone directly through the website) and he asked me to send him all my details to book it. I did. Then he told me he will book the bike. That was Tuesday morning. I went on and asked for days off at work, book the flight, book hotel... and Wednesday morning Stuart sends me a message telling me that someone booked the bike over the internet. Real reason though is that he wanted me to give the bike back on Sunday at 5pm and since rental ended Monday at 9:30am i was asking for a friend of mine to deliver back to him on Monday, since I had to catch an early flight. Instead of negotiate and find a solution, he just acted this unprofessionally, leaving me with all my bookings done and no bike.
