DANGEROUS! They say free shots,thats why we went in. then made longdrinks and said now we must pay it. But we didnt order anything. Then we wanted to go and 5 people started attacking us. That was the scarriest moment of our lives

Bartenders appearing drunk behind the bar without tshirt on, waiting 10 min to order on a sticky table, people smoking on the patio - nobody seems to care. as the drinks didn’t arrive after 15 min we left and just saw how the waiter is walking around “serving” without tshirt… welcome to arenal?! what is this?

Horrible. Soy española y nadie del personal sabe hablar español pero es que ni lo intentan. Bebida cara y de bag in box sin gas y aguada. Esa toalla de la foto se tiro encima de nuestra mesa todo el rato y nadie la quitó. Lo único q estaba más o menos bien fue la comida. Está hecho por extranjeros y para timar a extranjeros.

Criminal and violent!Trying to force us to pay for drinks we didn’t order or drink. Then they beat us up massively. The evening ended up in hospital after we had informed the police. Avoid this location!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horror. We wanted to take some drinks and out of no where they just gave us drinks we did not ask for. After we explained that we won’t pay for something we didn’t order they punched us many times. Do youself a favor and don’t visit this place. Absolutely violent and agressive employees who did not even hesitate to punch their own guests.

The food was awesome, since the restaurant is directly on the street, the hygiene is not the best.
