Fraud! I paid with credit card in my local currency. Payment was approved and a receipt was printed. The manager threw away the receipt and said I could not pay in my local currency. I argued that the payment was approved to which he replied that I would get the money back in 2 days, which is not true. My bank account shows that I paid twice. I asked for his name but he refused to give it to me. He was the manager. This is incredible! I took a photo of him and told him I would complain to McD head office. I don't know if it is legal to attach the photo here, so I will not do that but I will send it to McD.This complaint is not about the money, it's the princip. It's unbelievable that a manager at McD is deliberately scamming tourists.

Dirty toilets (really dirty), extremely slow service, food left waiting in the counter whilst other parts of the order were prepared - so most things were cold by the time we got them. Staff just chatting amongst themselves instead of preparing orders. When I asked for some extra sauce, having waited about 15 minutes, I was asked for 30c per pot - despite challenging the server, she just shrugged. Awful experience.

Pues resulta que esta noche pido una hamburguesa y me viene con cebolla y mostaza, no era la solicitada, me acerco a 2 trabajadoras que estaban en el mostrador y le comento el error, le pido que me la cambien y me dicen de muy malas maneras que NO, eso es lo que me ha hecho escribir esta reseña, el trato, por favor curso de reciclaje y empatía

Los baños más sucios y rotos que hemos visto nunca. Los dos urinarios de hombre rotos tapados con bolsas de basura. El wc todo lleno de orina por fuera y la encimera sucia, el pasillo que va al baño todo lleno de grasa el suelo. Para ser un restaurante deja mucha que desear. La encargada nos dice que es un baño público y es normal.. 08/07/23 16:30 h. Es una vergüenza

Had to get rid of trays from my table and clean it myself and we were served a little bit after a 15min (poor cleaner was alone to do everything and at the same time, some customers don’t even do their part) as if drivers had the priority over us. However the food was correct as other MacDonalds

Absolutely disgusting. 15 min old chips dry and gummy, burger same story!!! Ketchup was the best as in the bag!. The worst MC Donalds i ever had in my life!

This is the slowest fast food we have ever had. We weren’t even having meals, just snacks and a happy meal but it took almost 30 minutes even though the restaurant was quiet. They had run out of ingredients, were rude and very inefficient. The toilets were absolutely disgustingly filthy. Would never eat there again.

Siempre te mandan los pedidos fatal, pides una cosa y te traen otra o simplemente no te mandan el pedido completo. Una vez está bien pero de 3 pedidos 2 siempre están mal.Tener que cenar solo unas patatas porque te mandan una hamburguesa que no has pedido y por ende no te gusta. Fatal, como siempre
