El sistema de denuncia online por extarnero NO functiona bien. The pregunta el numero de telefono...però el numero Italiano NO es aceptado y no se puede completar la denuncia on line. Tambien no se espera el caso de estafa online de una agencia virtuale al turista. Envié la denuncia por correo. Veamos si funciona.....

My wallet was stolen and I had to report in order to claim to Revolut and get my money back. They were super helpful! It took a bit of time but it is understandable! I got there around 9:15am on a Sunday and the place was empty.

I visited the police station in Madrid on June 19th 2019 after my handbag was stolen. I lost everything, passport, creditcards, cash, mobilephone etc. Javier Otero Forunoso helped me with everything. Unser Auto wurde abgeschleppt und wir wussten nicht wohin. Es wurde auch kein roter Zettel hinterlassen wo wir uns wenden sollen. Also ging ich zur der nächst gelegene Polizeistation.Vorne am Eingang war man erst garnicht hilfsbereit.Man sagt ich solle eine Nummer anrufen und da nach fragen allerdings konnten leider kein Englisch sprechen.Ich war schon verzweifelt und wusste nicht weiter bis Javier an die Tür kam. Man hat Ihn wohl doch infomiert weil die am Eingang gesehen haben wie verzweifelt ich war.Ein lob an Javier denn ohne Ihn wäre ich mit meiner Familie wohl in Madrid aufgeschmissen der übrigens gut deutsch sprechen konnte.Er hat uns geholfen unseren Wagen wieder zu finden.Danke nochmal Javier

When I visited the police station on March 7th, because of the theft in Spain, I received a report with the help of Korean employee Lee yoon young. I really appreciate Lee and Spanish police officers who have been kind and meticulous for such a long time.
