Unfortunately, the car had a dent on the left front fender, which we were told on delivery and Alicante WAS registered in the system... but unfortunately it was not correct. We found that out when we had to hand over the car in Malaga. Fortunately, we had the delivery photographed the car all the way around and when we show the photo at the delivery there were no further problems.

Awesome rental car experience. Easy location at Alicante train station check out and in process was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Eficientes y rápidos, llegué con la reserva formalizada a través de la web, según llegué firme la documentación pertinente, me entregaron el coche con el depósito lleno y muy limpio. La trabajadora que me atendió fue muy agradable y profesional, se agradece trabajar con personal de 10.

Recogida del vehículo muy buena, la persona que me atendió me explicó todo correctamente. La fianza de 500 euros me parece un poco excesiva pero bueno. Me facilitan un contrato donde ya venian indicado 2 golpes en el coche. El problema viene al devolverlo, lo entrego con el deposito lleno, todo correcto. Pero la chica (eran 2 empleados) me indica que tiene una rayadura en el parachoques trasero. Menos mal que le saqué foto justo cuando lo recogí. El problema es que pasas un mal trago, pierdes tiempo, etc, porque esa rayadura ya debería estar comprobada por el personal, e indicarlo en el contrato, y no hacer pasar mal momento al cliente. La devolución de la fianza en tiempo correcto. Recomiendo a todos sacar fotos del coche ya que me da que en esta oficina no son todo los serios que deberían.

Car park in Alicante airport for Europcar is lethal when going from ground level to 3rd level where they have their office.The turnings are most severe and tight and high kerbs also.As you can see from photo that's what happened to me and I class myself as a very experienced driver.

It's very easy to get a car. They gave me the exact car I booked! Lovely and friendly staff. The condition of the car met my requirements. Recommended!

Ladrones, ultima vez que contrato este servicio, a la hora de recoger el coche todo bien pero luego para que te devuelvan el deposito se inventas cosas que no tenias manera de saber ni te mencionan cuando coges el coche. Son unos LADRONES. Si aprecias tu dinero mejor contrata otro servicio.

the team are nice and helpful. busy office though - be prepared to be waiting up to an hour to be processed and that was with pre-booking. suggest you go direct and not through 3rd party booking. there is an extra, hidden charge of 16Euro to pay as the car is at the train station, which i found annoying. there was no appropriate car seat for us but the office worked hard and found us one from the next door car hire place, so that was good of them. they are good at speaking English too
