It's such a wonderful place in a stunning location! I can highly recommend not the yoga classes but also the treatments. I had several intuitive healing massages with Fabienne and absolutely love them. It is always a great release not just on the physical but also on the emotional level. An absolutly stunning, peaceful location with breathtaking surroundings. This is such a lovely place to bring peace to your soul. Pilates with Monica is an absolute joy and I look forward to her classes. She tailors each of the excercises to match your ability and is always aware of how you're doing - pushing you a little bit further if she thinks you can but also suggesting an easier alternative if you're finding an excercise difficult. I can definately recommend House of Happiness and the talented, caring people who work there.

J'ai découvert House of Happiness lors d'un Happy Friday et cela à été un véritable coup de coeur pour cet endroit. J'y suis retourné, je me suis inscrite, depuis j'ai eu l'occasion de tester plusieurs choses, en voici un résumé:- Avec mon mari nous avons testé le Juice Program de Wyonn sur 3 jours, c'était simplement magique une véritable re-connexion à son corps et à l'essentiel. MERCI ! J'ai aussi eu l'occasion de manger un wrap et une part de tarte aux pommes qui était tous deux très bon.- J'ai effectué deux thérapies énergétique avec Fabienne (un mélange de massage, d'intuition et de soin énergétique), j'ai vécue une véritable libération, la pratique de Fabienne est assez impressionnante et ses ressentie sont précis et exactes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermées (ou gardez-en peut-être un ouvert pour voir où vous marchez, ahahah)- Et enfin j'ai pu assister à un cours de Yoga avec Iléa, la directrice de House of Happiness. C'était intense et en même temps relaxant, je n'avais pas une seule minute pour penser à autre chose qu'à moi-même, mon corps, juste le moment présent comptait. MERCI pour ce moment Iléa !Merci à toute l'équipe de rendre cet endroit aussi incroyable !J'adore cet endroit car chaque jour vous allez rencontrez des personnes différentes et des énergies différentes, toujours dans l'amour.- Marie Muller Ribeiro

Loved ALL the classes here. I went to the dynamic with Ilea, the gentle yoga with Sarah, and the Kundalini with Natasha and all were excellent!! Such a very pleasant surprise to find such good quality yoga in Tavira, wished I was staying longer just for this! Totally recommend.

lieu magnifique en pleine nature et accueil très chaleureux du personnel. j'ai reçu des soins énergétique avec Fabienne Gougler, des mains de fée et une voix magique. Fabienne est une professionnelle très intuitive et exceptionnelle. J'ai également participé a sa formation LaHoChi pour me permettre d'évoluer dans mes propres soins....Cette formation a été pour moi d'une qualité et richesse formidable.je recommande ce lieu magique et magnifique et encore merci à Fabienne
