Excellent service. Wheelchair delivered within two hours, and swapped for a different style equally as efficiently when first one didn't suit my needs.

We rented a travel cot from Multi Hire. It was brilliant. The actual cot was ideal, I've never known one to be so comfortable! Delivery and pick up were seamless - we had it delivered to our apartment on the day we arrived, where the conpany had set it up before we had even got there. Can't fault this service whatsoever.

My wife and I rented cycles from Pro Am Cycles during a recent holiday. Great rates, bikes perfectly serviced and we were given some great recommendations on routes. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed that when a member of the staff damaged a glass staircase , I was basically told to provide video evidence as it they could not “disbelieve “ their driver . They do not appear to have insurance tocover such damages so please be careful if you use them. Thankfully on this occasion no one was injured and we do have evidence to take the matter further .

We had a professional and efficient service from this company, the Leo/2 coped very well with the pine walk and my husband found it to be easy to use and comfortable, thank you it made a tremendous difference to his holiday experience.

Had a great experience with Multi Hire, renting out two SUP boards for 24hr whilst staying in Puerto Pollensa. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Boards were quality brand and maintained in good condition.We took the (ready to use) boards at 11:30 from their shop close to the beach (20m) and were given the option to return before 7pm and could then get them back the following day and use till 11:30 which we did and it worked perfectly. Had great fun on them with the kids!!The cost was very good value at 30Euro per board for 24hr. Compare that to renting on the beach for around 15-20 Euro an hour and its a no-brainer.As mentioned, the shop close to the beach has boards already pumped and ready to go but you can also get boards in a bag with all accessories from their other shop 190m up the road to take further a field.They also had rental life jackets for 6 euro each plus other watersports stuff if SUP not your thing.If we return to Puerto Pollensa we will definitely be back for SUP rental. Thanks guys.

They charged us money however we didn't use their services, explaining that they have a cancellation policy... its just a pure fraud, we booked something by mistake and wanted our money back, but they charge us anyway. I do not accept that someone wants to earn money without providing any services. I would like to warn against this company.

Wollte eine Gitarre dort mieten, habe kontaktiert über Chat, Antwort war geht klar, auch über Email angeschrieben und dann noch per WhatsApp, wurde gelesen aber keine Antwort. Den Weg von 45 km in Kauf genommen, vor Ort unfreundlich abgespeist worden sie hätten keine Gitarre. Nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung, so auf die Art selber Schuld. Ganz schlechter Service

Absolutely outstanding service and product. The car seat provided by the hire car company was awful. Within 20 minutes of calling them in resort, we'd picked up a brand new, top of the range car seat at their shop. Returning the car seat at the airport on our departure was punctual and simple. Would highly recommend.

Rented cycling shoes from Pro Am Cycles last minute as I’d forgotten to pack mine! Shoes were good and reasonably priced, Jules was friendly and helpful (including recommending the Cap de Formentor route) and very nice about me popping back to swap for a different size. I recommend using this shop!
