Jeg anbefaler ikke Larsen Rent a Car. Mye problemer med bilen. Selv om bilen ikke startet på morgenen, fikk vi hjelp først på kvelden. Skjedde flere ganger, og vi gikk 2,5 dager uten bil. Hadde ikke reservebil (med 9-seter, som vi leide) og måtte vente på verkstedreparasjon. Carlos hos de stilte opp, men tok dessverre for lang tid (bilen startet ikke på morgenen - Vi fikk hjelp med bilen mot slutte av kvelden). Jeg hadde til en viss grad godtatt alt dette uten å legge inn negativ omtale, hadde det ikke vært for at han faktisk nektet å kompensere for de dagene uten leiebil. Det er uhørt. Han ville bare refundere halvparten av dagene uten bil, og ingenting for alt ekstraarbeidet. Skyldte på at han ikke hadde nok penger, fikk ikke lov av sjefen (han er selv sjefen:), det var så dyrt verkstedet, hva er din siste pris... osv. Jeg kan ha stor tålmodighet for at feil kan skje, men da må man i alle fall være litt ydmyke og håndtere det fint i etterkant også.

This was by far the worst car rental company and owner I have ever experienced. Firstly, Carlos tried to extort my father in law for a much higher price when he asked to confirm the rental.Second, we had requested a mid size car to fit 4 adults + a car seat. We received a toy car if you can call it that. The car seat we received was not fit for a baby, but a toddler or larger. It would be incredibly unsafe to put a child in the seat. Carlos then explained that’s what we ordered, even when we tried to show him the email evidence he denied that this was ordered.Worst of all, in his way of trying to “fix” the situation he offered to take us to the office 30-40 minutes away in a large van with no child seat. Absolutely reprehensible actions of a deplorable man.He kept arguing with us, saying he could have gone to the office and back to “fix” it while we argued with him. He made rude, senseless comments about how stupid we were about child safety all because his children did not use car seats.If I could give 0 stars I would, but google won’t allow it. Do NOT rent a car from this man or you will certainly regret it. He will try to rip you off any chance he gets.

I got horrible service from this guy, he did not meet up at the AirPort in Alicante and startet yelling at my family on the phone, today he told us to meet him at his office 9 am and if we were one minute late the deal was off - he came 15 minut late and started to argue with my parents and right after he had lost his keys to the office and just ran of and said « sorry i cant help you». I have never experienced anything like this in my 30 years and would NEVER use this car rent on holiday in torrevieja

A thoroughly dishonest man. I had a email offer for a specific car category to be collected in the public parking at the airport. Carlos then claimed a 20% higher price than the offer. He claimed that I ordered a lower category and even when I presented him with his own quote where category and price was clearly stated he still refused to comply with his offer. He not only tried to openly cheat me but wasted my time but I quickly managed to find a better alternative.Be warned - stay away from this conman.

99e for a week for fiesta, plus gasoline and no other expence. BUT for 2 days, prize was 108e. No thank you. Be aware.
