I have just completed the sale of my spanish property with the help of the solicitor Eduardo perez at Maniva properties. I am really impressed with the service and professionalism of this company. We have been clients of Manilva Solicitors for over 8 years now, from the time they assisted us with the purchase of our property in 2015, which included setting up our Spanish Bank Account, Obtaining our NIE Numbers, arranging our Domestic Utilities and associated Direct Debit payments and arranging our Wills. They also handle and submit our Annual Spanish Tax returns. We have now very recently taken up Residency here in Spain and again Manilva Solicitors assisted us through all the stages even accompanying us to some appointments with the Spanish Agencies to assist with translations where required. They are a Spanish Law Firm with several local branch offices along the Costa del Sol coastline, but they all have English speaking staff so their is no ‘Lost In Translation’ issues and everything is explained simply and clearly. They are, as expected, very professional and efficient, but they are also extremely friendly and respond to Emails and/or Telephone messages extremely promptly. I would like to make a special mention to Abigail (Marbella Office) and both Jeanette and Silvia (Manilva Office) for their extreme patience with all my questions and numerous Emails, genuinely there really are not sufficient words of praise that I can offer, they were outstanding from start to finish.
