Wiber Rent a Car - Alicante

That was a great experience. No problems with check-in, return and transfer to Viber and airport. No lines or waiting at check-in (smart box is a very useful feature). And the return of the car also took about 3 minutes after arrival. The car was just perfect, about half a year old with 17000km mileage ford focus with Apple car play and navigation.

Very easy process and quick transfer from the airport to the office, around 5 min drive on their pick-up van. Very friendly and professional staff. A full petrol tank money were charged upon collection of the vehicle but they processed the refund straight away as soon as I gave back the vehicle with a full tank. Overall great experience with Wiber, I'm very confident to use them again in the future. Thanks!

Awesome price and got a very new car. I was pleasantly surprised!My tire got a puncture (and I suspect perhaps something sharp was already stuck before I got the car, as I heard a strange clicking sound sometimes) - but roadside assistance arrived within 30 mins to my apartment. Super quick. The tire cost 45€.I took the car back and had it replaced to a new car, same type (because I loved the car! Opel Corsa Elegance)I had the Full/Full rate (not all inclusive) as I have an insurance that covers the 700€ deposit in case of damage. If you don’t, I’d suggest you get the inclusive rate in case of damage. Parking and roads in Spain can be tight! I had no excess fees upon return (I was VERY careful).Overall very pleased :) see you again soon! I will be back in two weeks to Wiber for a second rental.Update 9. December:Got a car with super loud/squeaky brakes, so drove back later that day to replace it for a new one - and to my luck I received the same great car as I had 2 weeks ago. No issues this time with anything else, got the full deposit back too, so all in all an awesome deal. Thanks! I'll see you again in another couple weeks!

Very quick and friendly service, very good value for money. Swift shuttle from and to airport. Great new car. I'll be using them frequently from now on.

Great service. No problems, picked up at airport and five minutes to the collection point. Car was exactly as ordered and no problems whatsoever when I dropped it back. The smart key locker is a fantastic idea and saves a lot of time. Will be using again and would highly recommend

Beware,They do not document damage to your car. Then on return will find a mark and charge you for it like a lot of other reviews have mentioned here.We hired a car the contract showed just 3 scratches, but there was not a single panel on the car that didn't have damage.I made a video and took photos and had proof that I had not damaged the car. If I had not they would have tried to charge me as they went over the car with a fine tooth comb pointing out little marks. None of which were on the rental papers.Attached are some pics of the dents that were not included in the agreement.

NEVER AGAIN.Very disappointed. I've been renting a lot of cars and I've never seen this before. They don't review the car for any damage with you and it's your responsibility to take tons" of pictures and not missing any damage in the car.I picked up a Ford Focus on Friday at 10:00 pm.
