I contacted Horizon via email with what I thought was a major problem with our pool equipment. They replied very quickly, asked a couple of questions and requested pictures of the equipment. Within thirty minutes, they came back, again by email, with a suggested solution, which solved the problem. I appreciate the company's responsiveness and willingness to help someone they'd never worked with before. We will certain contact them if anything else arises.
