Excellent service, from the first email and advice on timing for our trip to the airport, to the cleanliness of the vehicles (with free water), the punctuality and courtesy of our drivers who contacted me to tell me which car they were in which made me feel extra safe - and all at half the price which the hotel were quoting! Will definitely use again.

Used their limo services for the entire time in Ibiza. All their drivers are extremely professional, punctual and super nice! Definitely would use again if I go back to Ibiza

Terribly disappointing. Booked a transfer from my hotel to the airport, I was a little worried as I haven’t used these guys before so when talking I stressed this 3/4 times and I was assured the driver would be on time and be there. I waited and waited and they did not turn up as promised. It took over an hour before I could flag down a taxi, I called and left several messages with ibiRide then hours later was told that the driver slept in, as a result of this I nearly missed my flight! €111 taken and was simply told the driver slept in! Awful and untrustworthy, avoid at all costs.

We’ve used IbiRide for our recent holiday in Ibiza and the service was fantastic. We booked a variety of cars from V class to Maybach, the drivers were great, booking service was great and easy and reasonable prices. Would use again and highly recommend.
