Recently bought a used MR model-FC guitar and absolutely love it! It was stored for the last 15yrs unplayed. I emailed MR-Guitars and got a response back from Manuel Rodriguez iii himself! That’s impressive to hear back from the owner! He confirmed my guitar was built by hand in Toledo Spain and the year and wood used for the build. Fabulous customer service from someone who truly cares about his customers and the world of guitars. If and when I decide to buy a new classical guitar it will 100% a MR guitar. None of my classical guitars can hold a candle to this hand built masterpiece. The history, experience and craftsmanship shines with every note played. I smile every time I play now. Thank you MR iii for this beautiful guitar!

Great guitars and great service…I bought a Manuel Rodriguez Jr. guitar in 2003. It is an instrument of beauty, both in sound and style. I love the rich, warm, clear tone it offers. If anything, the sound has become richer and warmer with time. The quality of workmanship, the design, the woods, and the pearling are simply stunning.I contacted Manuel Rodriguez for information about my guitar this week, and he came straight back to me with the following details, “this is a great model I built myself 25 years ago, its Brazilian rosewood from my grandfather , Cedar Canadian Top, Ebony Fingerboard, Honduras cedar neck, all hand made in Madrid Spàin and it takes 4l months to built, hope you enjoy it for many years, I will send another e mail if you wish to put a positive comment, all the best, MR”

Just in awe and humble appreciation with Manuel Rodriguez. Their spirit, energy, quality .... is just so very good. No surprise as they create their guitars with passion and love. I am just so truly and sincerely honored to be part of MR Guitars familty, their family legacy, Spanish guitar building legacy and culture. So, so, so thankful and love for all.

I'm an amateur classical style player and have been teaching myself how to play on my Caballero 11 bubinga. Ever since I acquired this guitar I have been impressed with the sound quality. It's not the high end guitar they make but for me it's perfect. I also have to add that anytime I contacted Mr. Rodriguez for any question I might have he has graciously responded. You can tell he is a man of character. I have been a percussionist most of my life (65yrs old) and can recognize quality instruments and sound quality. The MR guitars have both, in my humble opinion. I wish them continue success.

I Emailed The Company about an overwritten serial number on the tag of a guitar I acquired several years ago. I received and almost instant response as the the location made and materials used. Cuando toqué esta sentí cómo su sonido hacia vibrar algo dentro de mi cuerpo, suena tan potente, clara, hermosa, me es difícil expresar en palabras esas emociones de tocar un instrumento tan perfecto, es además cómoda de tocar. Quedé muy satisfecho de comprarla e interesado en saber sobre su origen. Saludos hasta allá y que Dios les de muchos éxitos a sus guitarras.

My Manuel Rodriguez guitar has been my friend for 24 years. I wish the creators luthier M. Rodriguez and his family a good life.

I was lucky enough to visit the MR factory in Spain a few years ago and picked up a Sabicas model flamenco guitar. It has become my favourite guitar of my collection. The sound fills the room, and can project powerfully. But it can sing sweetly and have great warmth. Plus the intonation is great across the whole fingerboard which makes it a joy to play. An inspirational instrument.
