Very happy with the dog walking and daycare services. I get constant updates and with photos and videos and I feel completely comfortable leaving my fur baby in their hands. The pick up and drop off service makes everything easy! Thank you!

I can't recommend the Halcyon team highly enough, I've been using Halcyon for around four years now, happy in the knowledge that my dogs are having the best time and well looked after. The addition of the 'spa' services is a godsend, rather than make separate bookings with another party, my dogs are collected, taken to day care to run around in the lovely grounds, during the day they also have a group walk and grooming session, returned home smelling and looking gorgeous. I have to write this review as i’ve put it off for too long. We have been clients of Halcyon dog walking for awhile now and they have been wonderful. It has been great knowing that our dog is in the hands of such caring and professional people. Just recently our dog Amber was poisoned. It was late at night and we had nothing but panic as she was dying in front of us. Out of desperation we phoned Hadleigh. He was at ours in 10 minutes and our dog was in the emergency vets within 30 mins of ingesting the poison. His quick thinking and absolute professional response SAVED the life of Amber. In the hard days that followed his tireless and selfless actions gave us not only the strength but the will to get through. Amber loves him and he is the only man she will allow to handle her. Hadleigh and all the girls at Halcyon are incredible. We could not be happier nor more content to be with them. What an amazing bunch of people. We are so glad our Amber is with them and we are so grateful to Hadleigh. One of the kindest, caring and most decent people you are ever going to meet. What an incredible group of people. Your dogs are in the safest of hands and the most caring of places

From the moment we contacted Hadleigh to arrange a pet sitting service for New Years Eve he was very professional and came across very caring towards pets. He kept in contact until we arrived and Mandy who looked after our 3 pets was amazing. She sent us photos throughout the night and all 3 dogs were very at ease with her and very relaxed. We would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend Hadleigh and his team highly enough. There is no one else I would entrust my Betsy with. She goes once a week to daycare and the pick up drop off service is so convenient. She also stays there when we are away and it is her home from home. No kennels or cages. She enjoys all the comforts of home.

The feeling of knowing our three dogs are safe and loved with Halcyon is priceless. Kai clearly loves them as they do her, and knowing they are in her professional, responsible, loving care when they are not in our’s makes life manageable. Short review: 10/10! Best dog service in Marbella, you will not regret using them!Long review (as I know this would have helped us!):I couldn't recommend Halcyon dog walking enough!Hadleigh, Desiree, Melanie and the team are absolutely world class!We have 3 chihuahua's that are our absolute life; so after moving to Marbella and not having our close family and friends to look after them when needed , we tried a couple of dog walking, day care, overnight care places but were not fully satisfied with them(for several different reasons). We googled Halcyon to try these guys. We started off with the dog walking so that our chihuahua's could get used to the team. Desiree was in charge of this and was so warming and you could tell she absolutely loves her job and would care for our chis. The walks were fantastic, mixing with other dogs, long walks, and even training our dogs to socialise with other dogs and eventually walking off lead! (our dogs were a nightmare socialising with other dogs.. not now!) . We then progressed to the day care, with the chis meeting Hadleigh and Melanie (both incredible!) and the other day-care dogs. The daycare is sensational , they have a huge open secure space to play, there's other super friendly dogs for them all to enjoy and they get the special treatment from the team to give them cuddles asif they were their own pets. We get pictures and videos throughout the walks, the daycare and the overnight care. So you can see exactly what they are doing, where they are and how much fun they are having! When we first used the overnight care (usually we are anxious ) yet we have never felt so at ease with this, even more so than with our close friends and family!, as they get attention all day, we get pictures and videos, they get walks, they get to play in a huge space, they get to play with other dogs and there is both inside and outside areas for them, what else could you want!? The team fed them at the times we requested with the specific food amounts.We also use the pick up service so the team collect our Chis from our own home .We honestly couldn't recommend them any more, give them a call, meet the team and you will be so happy you did!

Best dog service I have ever used.The team are all so friendly and professional and you can tell they love your animals just as much as we do. Barney absolutely loves going I can’t recommend these guys enough best in is business xx
